Getting Your First 99 Skill in Runescape

Getting a skill to level 99 is a daunting task. Here is some advice to help you get there. In runescape, getting a skill to 99 is the ultimate goal. This is a daunting task, but here are some advice to help you get there:

1.Don't watch your experience constantly. Watching as you receive every single experience will simply like its taking longer. Letting the experience build up will mean that when you do level, it will be unexpected and seem more rewarding. If you do look at your experiences, try to limit this to once every couple of hours.

2.Plan ahead. Set out what your going to do before hand and have a plan. This will help you stay focused. If setting small goals, such as training the skill for an hour or so before doing anything else. Splitting training into small parts makes it less tiresome.

3.Take some breaks. Training one skill for a long time is extremely boring. Take some time off to play some mini-games or train other skills. This way, you won't get bored of playing.

For your first 99 skill, most people go for either cooking or fire-making. Here is some information on each.

Cooking

Cooking is arguably the fast skill to train. As a member, training in the Rogues Den will allow you to cook with a fire literally 2 steps away! At high levels, experience is earned extremely fast, with around 200k per hour. This is achieved by mass cooking sharks, with them not burning at level 94 with cooking gauntlets.

Fire-making

Fire-making is the simplest skill. Training it is simple, just burn logs! For most people, this would be willow logs, that are cheap and effective. A good place to train is in the Grand Exchange, where you'll see many people fire-making.

Runescape Mining Bots

Have you have ever heard the term "Runescape Macros"? How about, "Runescape Bots"? They have many names, but they are all the same. Although I know exactly what a macro is in Runescape, I thought I would do some research and see what a macro was outside of Runescape.

Macroing in Runescape:
Basically, when you use a Runescape bot, you are using a program that will play the game for you. There are many different types of these, such as; Mining Bots, Woodcutting Bots, Attacking Bots, but they all do the same thing, get levels. This is against the rules of Runescape. Jagex bans thousands of accounts a month due to these cheats. I cannot tell people enough, cheating is NOT the answer. If people would just do the work themselves, then there would be no problem.

Macroing outside of Runescape:
As I promised, I researched and this is what I found; "A macro is a way to automate a task that you perform repeatedly or on a regular basis. It is a series of commands and actions that can be stored and run whenever you need to perform the task. You can record or build a macro, and then play the macro to automatically repeat the series of commands or actions."

Therefore, the reason we have macros for Runescape is.The game is built to where you have to do repetitive actions to gain levels. Scripter's realized this, and decided that it sounded like a job for a macro. Now you have many of these macros out there.

Risks of using a Macro in Runescape:
Using a Macro in Runescape is just asking for a ban. These programs are EASILY detectable, and when you are caught using one, Jagex will show no mercy. They feel strongly that cheating is bad, and so do I. It is just so much easier to mine the ore yourself. Then, you do not have the risk of loosing your account. That should be enough of a reason in itself. Its not? Well, then let me give you some MORE reasons;

Let's say that everyone in Runescape just up and decided to use these cheats. Let's also say that Jagex did not care what so ever and let it happen. In about a month, everyone would have level 99 everything. Prices would drop dramatically because there would be so much of a surplus. Such as, one player would own 100M of Dragon Longswords. Tell me, would the game be fun anymore? For the first few days maybe? After that, it would get boring. There would be no point in using your skills because, everyone else would have it as well. What's the point of dueling, everyone is the same!

So now, you understand why Jagex does not allow these macros. In fact, on January, 19, 2006 Jagex banned over 15,000 Runescape accounts due to this. They also have a system that detects any OTHER accounts used by the player. This prevents them from making a throwaway account that they do not care about. Do not think that you can cheat and it not affects your other accounts. Happy Playing.

Best Runescape Melee Weapons

If you are looking for the Best runescape Melee Weapons, then look no further. I’m about to show you what are considered the Best Runescape Melee Weapons.

For those free to play members, Rune is the best. There are three different weapons that are always being argued are the best. These are, Rune Scimitar, Rune 2-handed sword, and the Rune Battle Axe. Rune Scimitars are fast, accurate and can pack a punch. Rune 2-handed swords are slow, you cannot wear a shield with them, but they make up for this with their strong hits. The Rune Battle Axe is in between these. Slower than the Rune Scimitar but faster than the Rune 2-handed sword. It is the same with the damage. You CAN wear a shield with the Rune Battle Axe.

Best in the Dragon category has also been argued. I believe the two favorite ones are the Dragon Long Sword and the Dragon Dagger Poisoned. You do not see many people walking around with Dragon Scimitars or Dragon Maces. These are very costly could be one reason.

Of course, the “Best Runescape Melee Weapons” differ from person to person. If you have someone with low attack, The Granite Mual might be the best for him or her. Alternatively, maybe someone likes speed, so his or her best would be the Abbysal Whip. So, if you were to proclaim your weapon the best weapon, would it really be the best? Maybe to you, but to someone else, it would not be. To a person off of Tutorial Island, an Iron dagger would be the best weapon.

So after realizing what the Best Runescape Melee Weapons are, let’s see if you can find the best one for you. If your new, try to gain some attack and strength levels. Once you have them, try getting some Black weapons. Then on to Mith. One your at adamant you have a pretty good level. Then get it to 40 and fork out the cash for a rune scimitar. Now, if your member I would work on your strength. A Granite Mual use to be, and still is one of my favorite weapons.

There are many many weapons proclaimed as the best. However, I will indeed mention one called the Saradomin Sword. It has also been called the SS. It is a beautiful design; its hits are quite good. However, it’s a sword version of the Whip. Its +82 slash and strength and +60 crush. When you use the Special Attack, it drains the whole bar. It is a very strong sword. Is it the best? Doubt it.

There are hundreds of different weapons out there. In addition, Jagex is always adding to it. So don’t be so quick to judge one weapon better than another does. It really depends on the situation. Obviously if you have a dragon long sword and a bronze short sword, the dragon sword is the best weapon in that situation.

Now that you have a different view on the best weapons, why not go out there and see if you can find the best weapon for you, instead of the all around best weapon. It will be a much easier task than finding a weapon that everyone can proclaim the best. Unless you have super awesome mind control powers.

The Runescape Fishing Trawler

Introduction

Runescape Trawler fishing is a fishing styled mini-game, which can be fun either solo or with team mates. It can be found in Port Khazard, north of Yanille and south of Ardougne.

To start the mini-game, you should talk to Murphy at the docks. Please note that a Fishing level of 15 is required to do Trawler Fishing.

In this mini-game you can catch any sea water fish up to your level, and it is the only way for high-level fishermen to catch Sea Turtles and Manta Rays.

What You’ll Need

You should bring the following things when Trawler Fishing:

50 to 60 Swamp Paste. This can be made by collecting Swamp Tar at a swamp like Lumbridge Swamp, using it with flour, and then cooking the uncooked Swamp Tar over a fire. It can also be bought from the General Store at Port Khazard. Swamp Paste is used to repair leaks in the boat.

One Bailing Bucket (Or more). This can be bought at the Port Khazard General Store. It is used to bail water out of the bottom of the boat.

6 to 10 Ropes. These can also be bought at the Port Khazard General Store, as well as a number of other places. These are used to fix the fishing net.

NOTE: Bring friends, alone it is almost impossible!

Trawler Fishing

To start the mini-game, speak to Murphy at the Port Khazard docks and agree to help him. He will make sure a number of times, and then allow you to get onto the boat.

Once the first person gets on the boat, other team members will have one minute to get on as well.

Once you are aboard, you will need to start almost immediately. If the boat starts to leak, try and fill it immediately by clicking on it. Each time you fill a leak you will use one Swamp Paste. When there is a leak, the boat will begin to fill with water. You can tell how much water is in the boat by the bar at the top of your screen. Keep bailing to keep the bar down.

At the top of the screen, you will also be able to see the status of the net. If it is ripped you will need to go to the rear of the boat and climb up the ladder. Click on the net and you’ll fix it, and one rope will disappear from your inventory.

To bail water out of the boat, click on the bailing bucket to fill it up, and then click again to get rid of the water. If the boat gets full of water, you will sink and end up in the water. To get out of the water, click on a floating barrel and you will end up at Port Sarim, and the boat will again be waiting for you at Port Khazard.

Once ten minutes have elapsed, the mini-game is over. When you get back, inspect the net. Here you can choose what you would like to keep, and leave the rest.

Runescape Wilderness Tips

Over the years, I have heard hundreds upon hundreds of runescape Wilderness tips. A lot of them have just been repeated over and over until the information is just common knowledge. So first I will share what I do when I plan to PK, then I will move on to some other Runescape Wilderness tips.

When I am preparing to go to the wilderness I first will put on a Rune platebody, some Rune Platelegs, and a Rune Scimitar. These are my "three things" that you cannot loose unless you're skulled. Then I head over to the Grand Exchange and buy about 100 Tuna Fish. They are cheap, and heal a fair amount of health. I will grab any other items I may need and then fill the rest of the inventory with the Tuna. Normally I am venturing out there to kill Greater Demons, and the rules pretty much are the same for when I am PKing. I almost never attack someone. That will get you skulled and then you risk it all. However, if you can find someone, normally they will attack you. If they do not attack you right off, brag about how nooby they are and tell them to prove their power. Anything you can to get them skulled and not you. Now, if you see a guy with about half of his health bar down, and you know you can beat him, go ahead and attack. But be weary, you never know who is lurking in the shadows.

Now let me give you some tips I have heard through the ages.

Back when I was a lower level, I said I was going to go PKing, and they told me to wait and get level 25 prayer. This will allow you to keep one extra item. I really don't use this prayer anyways, but it's a good skill to have just in case. I have also heard that even if you have a skull on your head it will protect an item. I will have to look into this; maybe I could have been saving all those rune scimitars I lost, Haha.

I would recommend getting about 45 prayer so that you will be able to use protection spells incase of an attack. Once they see that little symbol pop up, they will know they are doomed.

If you can get a group of friends that you can trust, group PK's are definitely the best. I remember once I was out in the wilderness and all of a sudden on my map a flood of people, probably at least 70 of them were rushing at me. They were all in pink skirts and I was dead so fast that they all didn't even get there yet.

Another good idea would be to wear ranger's armor if you're a meelee. You would be safe from Mages, and a lot of PKers are mages now. But you might want to keep a spare plate body, just incase some ranger came out of the darkness.

If you have ever heard of the Muddy Chest and you are wondering where it is in the Runescape Wilderness, then you have come to the right place. The Muddy Chest can be located in the Lava Maze right in the center. Watch out for the Lesser Demons that prowl around there. The chest can be opened by one key, and only one key. The key is called the Muddy Key. You can obtain one from killing the Chaos Dwarfs. The chest will contain random items such as an anchovy pizza, an uncut gem, so on so fourth.

Now, that you know some tips about the Runescape Wilderness, why not get out there and try them? Never know what you will find out there.

Step by Step Money Guide 100K-400K

Whew! Now that you are past that first 100k, wipe off that sweat and relax! You have made it past the hardest part on your quest to becoming a Millionaire! Its all smooth sailing from here on in. From this section and beyond, we will focus on making quick, smart, and profitable business deals. No more do you have to do manual labor by having to run other people’s Rune Essence or walk around collecting feathers! The time for business is now!

In this section, you will learn a method to turn that first 100K and quadruple it to 400K! We will use the term “K” which stands for a thousand from now on because adding those extras zeros in the back is ridiculous. If you have at least 400K already, I would recommend you go on to the next section. If not, please continue reading on how you can QUADRUPLE your Gold!

Making Soft Clay

You wouldn’t think something so straight-forward and simple could generate such profits, but it can! This method is called Making Soft Clay. Whatever you may call it, make no mistake that it brings in large profits! The method is ideal for the amount of money you currently have.

To start off, proceed by heading to the Grand Exchange. If you already have 1000 Clay Ores, then go to the next paragraph. Trade the Exchange Clerk and offer to buy 1000 Clay for about 100 GP Ea. You should have some money left over, if not, its okay. Now that you have spent 100K, don’t be scared, because once your are done with this method, you will quadruple that first 100K! If you can, try to also purchase 1000 Jugs of Water. If your offer isn’t immediately accepted, you have to get the jugs yourself.

Now bank everything in your inventory and everything you have equipped to make the rest of the process easier. Once you have the 1000 Clay, the first thing you want to do is go to the Gnome Copters with only 1000GP in your inventory and nothing else. Here are the steps to take in order to get 1000 Jugs of Water.

1. Trade this guy in order to access the ONLY F2P General Store that sells Jugs with water ALREADY in them!

2. Buy an inventory full of water, which should be 27 of them since you have one slot for money. The jugs are only 1 GP each!

3. There is a Depositing Bin right across from the Gnome guy General Store. Head over there and deposit all your Jugs of Water.

4. Repeat the process until you have deposited 1000 Jugs of Water! Before you would have to buy regular Jugs from the Fallydor General Store and bank them, then worry about having to fill all of them up with water. With this method, you’ll be done in no time.

Now, head over to any bank and withdraw 14 clay and 14 jugs of water in your inventory. Click on one of the Jugs of Water and use them on one of the clay.

A little menu will appear on the chat box area. There you will see a picture of Soft Clay. Right click on it, and select “Make All”.

Now, all the clay in your inventory is turning into Soft Clay! Keep doing this until you run out of jugs of water. Then just refill your jugs with water and finish turning all the clay into soft clay. And Viola! You have 1000 Soft Clay!

Guess what? These soft clays can be sold at the grand exchange for about 180 GP EA! And what’s more is that members buy them very often, because it is something they use to gain fast EXP for their crafting skills. So you won’t have to keep your trade up on the grand exchange for long before you are loaded with GP!

Congratulations, you just made your first almost 200K!

You’re not done just yet though. Remember, we are aiming for 400k in this section. So here’s the game plan. Use that 180k and reinvest it into buying 2K clay at the Grand Exchange. Once you have the clay, turn them into soft clay using the method above. Then sell those 2K soft clay that you made and… BAM! 400K! It’s as easy as that! You have money to proceed to the next section!

If you’re concerned with the ammount of time it will take to buy the clay and make/sell the clay, perish the thought. It can all be done within a few hours easily! Turning 1k clay ores into soft clay took me about 50 minutes, and doing the same for 2k clay took me less than 2 hours! We recommend that you stick to this method to get to 400K, as the profits are phenomenal.

Runescape Money Making Tips

This are money making tips for Runescape.

For anyone who plays runescape (RS) heres some money making tips.

Money making tips- If you’re a member get your crafting really high and make ruby or diamond amulets. Then get your magic lvl really high to enchant them to make strength amulets (from ruby amulets) or power amulets (from diamond amulets). Sell them to non-members because they can’t enchant and sell the 4 5-10k each. You’ll make a big profit if you do this.

If you want a lot of money (gp) and your not a high lvl at most skills here a good money making tip. First get all the money you have and buy cooked lobs for about 45gp each at the store spend all your money to get a lot of lobs. Then you note all of them and go to a world with a lot of players. Sell them all for about 200gp each keep doing this and you’ll be rich.

This is another way to make runescape money without having high leveled skills. First complete the Rune Mysteries quest to be able to rune craft. Then get 4k rune essence or more and sell them for 90gp each. This will get you money and mining experience.

If you’re high leveled in combat go kill moss giants you will get big bones which you should store in your bank. They also drop good items like gems which you should make into rings and sell. You can also get runes and weapons and armor which you can also sell. You can get your combat level up and also get some cash. If you want you can also kill ice giants and hill giants they have big bones and drop good items too.

Go to Port Sarim and take good range, mage, or melee armor. Go to the entrance of Port Sarim and go east if your facing Port Sarim. You will find earth, air, water, and fire, wizards here. Kill them to get runes and talismans sell the runes to the rune shop close by and sell the talismans to player for 500gp each.

Go to Port Sarim’s jewelry shop and buy a lot of jewelry of what ever kind they have most of. Then go to another world and sell them if they don’t have a lot there. Keep doing this to get a ton of cash. But this may take a while so you might have to keep trying.

Go to Al-Kharid and go to the gem shop and buy a lot of uncut gems. Cut them and make them into amulets. Sell them all to get a lot of money or enchant them to make more runescape gold.

Runescape Guide - Miscellaneous Guides

In Al Kharid, a short walk east from Lumbridge, a new retailer has dared to challenge Ali Morrisane's monopoly - and, curiously enough, Ali M seems not to mind. This new salesman, called Faruq by friends and enemies alike, sells trinkets of such abstract purpose that even the most competitive of merchants cannot help but be impressed that they sell at all.

Faruq, however, knows precisely what he is selling: tools for wandering adventurers to turn into games - and whatever games they compose are entirely up to them. While several of his devices may seem custom-made for specific purposes, they are open enough in design to allow the most creative of adventurers to work their imaginative magic.

Faruq's Tools

All of Faruq's tools are available for bargain prices, so it's well worth investing in several of them - or even all of them, if you're so inclined. For a full explanation of how to use the items, purchase a copy of Faruq's Toolonomicon.

Tool Functions

Dice bag Can be set to supply you with dice rolls for one or two six-sided dice, a four-sided die, an eight-sided die, a ten-sided die, a twelve-sided die, a twenty-sided die, or two ten-sided dice (giving you a result from 1-100).

Magic skullball Has three settings: yes or no, suggest a minigame, or pick a random colour.

Rings of seeking. These rings come in three forms: a ring that seeks, a hiding ring and one ring that is both.

A seeking ring alerts you when a hiding ring is nearby; you will not be told which of your clan-mates has the hiding ring - or how far away the ring is - as it has been left for you to work out.

Marker seeds Can be used to plant markers. They can be left as simple markers, or can have directions attached.

Ticker Click it to add one to the tally - it couldn't be simpler!

Empty bag caller. The empty bag caller can be used to tell your clan that you're not wearing anything, that you only have the caller in your backpack, or both.

Timepiece It's a stopwatch!

Racing boots. Wearing these boots can immobilise you before a race starts, making sure everyone wearing the boots starts at the same time.

Starting horn. This mystical horn will summon an imp to announce the beginning of a race (at the end of which, anyone in your clan wearing racing boots will be free to move).

Voting hat.Can be turned inside out to change it from red to blue or vice versa.

Orb of counting.A mysterious orb that enjoys little more than counting red and blue hats.

Can only be used if you are in a clan.

Runescape Slayer Guide

The Slayer skill gives you the ability to kill enemies that would otherwise be unharmed by your attacks, by using Slayer equipment and your experience in the skill. You can begin the Slayer skill at any time by speaking to any of the 5 Slayer Masters, located in different parts of the runescape world:

Turael - East of the bar in Burthorpe.
Mazchna - In the northeast corner of Canifis.
Vannaka - In the Edgeville Dungeon, east of the Wilderness gate.
Chaeldar - South of the entrance to the Lost City of Zanaris.
Duradel - Above the fishing shop in Shilo Village.
If you're having trouble finding a Slayer Master, just look for the Slayer Icon on your map. It would also be wise to start off with the Slayer Master in Burthorpe, as he generally gives easier tasks than the others.

Training Slayer

To train your Slayer skill, you first need to get an assignment from one of the Slayer Masters as described above. They will tell you to kill a certain amount (no more than 200) of a kind of monster, and once you've defeated the required amount you can go back to your Slayer Master and get another assignment.

While on an assignment, you'll receive experience only for defeating the type of monster that has been assigned to you. Killing other monsters that have not been assigned to you will not get you any Slayer experience. The amount of experience you receive from each kill is the same as the number of hitpoints the monster has. If two players attack the same monster, one causing the most damage and the other stiking the final blow, the experience will be split in half between each player.

Some Slayer monsters also require you to use a weapon or other item to defend against their attacks. Be sure to bring this item with you at all times during the assignment, and don't attack Slayer monsters without the appropriate things or you may become overwhelmed and killed.

Slayer monsters drop many unique items that can only be obtained by killing them. These items include Black and White Mystic Robes, Armored Boots, Granite Maul, and the Abyssal Whip, as well as Clue Scrolls for Treasure Trails and assorted herbs.

Alternate Monsters

Sometimes your Slayer Master may be a bit vague as to the type of monster that he wants you to kill. He may generalize and say "Kalphites" or "Dragons," which means that you can kill any monster of that type.

Kalphites - Kalphite Workers or Soldiers.
Dragons - Baby Blue or Red Dragons.
Wolves - White Wolf Mountain Wolves.
Shades - Various Shades found in Mort'ton.
The Enchanted Gem

In Slayer there is a lot of equipment available (details below), but none more necessary than the Enchanted Gem. The Enchanted Gem will enable you to contact the most matched slayer master to your combat level (Vannaka to those below combat level 70, Chaeldar to those between combat level 70 and 100 and Duradel from combat level 100+).

Once you activate the enchanted gem you have the following options

The two most important options are "How am I doing so far?" which will tell you which monster you are killing, and how many you have left to kill of it such as "You're currently assigned to kill Cockatrice, only 85 more to go." The other important option is "Got any tips for me?" Then your slayer master will tell you advice such as "Werewolves are feral creatures, they are strong and tough with sharp claws and teeth"

The other two options "Who are you?" and "Where are you?" are simple questions which let you find out who your slayer master is (not just the name) and where to find him or her to get tasks from them.

Changing Assignments

If you think that a certain assignment is too tough or too boring, you have the ability to change it for another random assignment. At the Burthorpe Slayer Master (Turael), you can change it by asking for a new one. However, there are two snags:

You cannot change Slayer assignments given by Turael.
You cannot change an assignment by another master if the current monster assignment is assigned from Turael's list.

Slayer Masters

Each of the 5 Slayer Masters will give you an assignment with a different level of difficulty, depending on the master that you speak to. Some also have requirements before you are able to get an assignment from them.

Note: The following slayer task lists are by no means all-inclusive; they only detail the most common Slayer tasks.

Turael

Turael can be found in a small house near the southern entrance to Burthorpe. He gives the easiest Slayer assignments, and he has no set requirements.

Lumbridge Swamp Caves

The Lumbridge Swamp Caves can be found in the Lumbridge Swamp, just west of the shack that brings you to the Lost City. It's very dark inside, and you'll need to make a lantern to see. Talk to the Candle Seller outside to learn how to make 1, and then go inside. Make sure to bring a Lantern, Tinderbox, Rope, Spiny Helmet, Food and an Antipoison potion. The following Slayer monsters can be found inside:

Cave Bug
Cave Slime
Wall Beast
Other Slayer Areas

Of course, the number of Slayer monsters appears to be increasing, and there are a number of other places where you can find some of the newer Slayer monsters:

Desert Lizard - Found just south of the Ruins Of Uzer & East across the river from Pollnivneach. To get there, take a magic carpet to Ruins of Uzer or if you haven't done the suitable quest take it to Pollniveach.

Runescape Thieving Guide

One of the most fun Members skills in runescape is thieving, as you can find a great number of things to do with the skill. When you first start off you can only enjoy a small part of the countless bounties to be earned from your new-found forte, but as you get more skilled a wider range of things can be done with it. There are several things that you can practice your thieving on as you get better, but remember that you need to be both stealthy and cautious. Each activity has a dangerous part to it, from a not-so-tough Man stunning you, to a Knight attacking you with full force.

Helpful Drinks

Every thief should start his (or her) day off with a frosty glass of Bandit's Brew! This drink temporarily increases your Thieving level by 1 when you drink it, and you can buy one for 650gp at the Desert Bandit Camp.

Picking Pockets

By far, pick-pocketing a character in the game is a great way to begin thieving. For a beginner thief, NPC's will give plenty of experience so that you can move on to more difficult ways to thieve. Not all characters in the game can be pick-pocketed but many can, so check the Pick-Pocketing Chart for more info about these characters.

Your First Lesson

Begin by finding a Man or Woman and right-clicking him or her. Choose the Pickpocket Man option, and you will try and steal from him. If you're quick enough, you will pocket a few coins, but if he catches you trying to steal from him you will get hit and stunned for several seconds.

Depending on the character you steal from, you could get different amounts of coins, or even various items such as Runes or weapons. However, the higher the level required to pickpocket them, the harder it will be to steal from them, and the chance of getting caught will be greater.

Pick-Pocketing Chart

Looting Market Stalls

Stealing from the various market stalls in Ardougne, Ape Atoll, Rellekka, Etceteria and Micellania is one of the best aspects of thieving. You can steal anything from delicious cakes and pies, to shiny pieces of silver and valuable emeralds and rubies. Of course, the marketplace is heavily guarded by the stall owner, guards and knights. If the stall owner catches you, he will call over the guards and they will attack you!

How to Steal

When a stall has loot in it, you will see exactly what you can steal. To steal from a stall, you can either just click "Steal From Market Stall,"or you can right-click to bring up a menu of options. Even if you see a group of people stealing from a stall, you have a good chance of looting it as long as you click fast enough. Everyone has a chance to loot the stall at the same time!

Stealing from a stall may sound easy, and on a good day it is, but those pesky guards are always on the lookout. It's best to hide behind the stalls, on the side facing away from the guards. Since they can't see what's happening on the other side of the stall, you're safe… except for the Knights. You just have to watch for them, and as they approach you, stop thieving.

Notes

Any stalls found on Ape Atoll can only be thieved from after completing the Monkey Madness Quest.
Any stalls on Miscellania and Etceteria can only be thieved from after finishing the Fremennik Trials Quest.

Unlocking Doors

Sometimes you may come across a locked door inside of a building. Of course, a key would be helpful but what if there isn't one that belongs to the door? Well, that's when you use your thieving skill to pick the lock and get inside, and to a good thief it's a cinch to get in.

To attempt to pick the lock of a door, just right-click it and select "Pick Lock Door."If you have enough experience at thieving you will open the door and enter inside.Once a door has been opened, you don't have to pick the lock again to leave. Remember though, that you'll need to pick the lock again to go back inside after you leave.

A Lockpick can be of great use to any thief. You can steal them from Rogues, and they allow you to open doors that would normally require a higher thieving level. By picking a lock with it in your backpack, you may have an easier time opening doors as well. You may also need to have a Lockpick in order to open some doors.

Commonly Locked Doors

Locked Door Chart

Chaos Druid Tower 46 37 Northwest of Ardougne
Paladin Room 61 50 Upstairs of the Ardougne Castle
Agility Dungeon 82 50 The Back Entrance to the Agility Dungeon

Disarming Traps

Not only does your thieving skill give you the ability to steal things, but it also allows you to disarm a trap on a staircase or treasure chest. A trap could poison you, teleport you, or cause other damage, but by disarming the trap you can easily access the treasure in the chest, or walk up the stairs.

To disarm a trap on a treasure chest, you need to right-click it and choose "Search for Traps Chest."To disable a trap on a staircase, select "Investigate Stairs"to find the trap. Be careful, because the trap will be reset later on.

After you search a treasure chest for a trap, you will open it up and look for any treasure. Some chests contain coins, while other may have Runes or other items inside.

Ranged Training in Runescape

Start training ranged. Food isn’t really necessary here as you will be fighting in safe spots a lot, but it wouldn’t hurt to take several foods for the those trips back to the bank, when you have to leave your safe spot. Take out from your bank, your Amulet of Power, Oak Shortbow, Willow Shortbow, Maple Shortbow and Bronze Arrows. Equipt the Amulet of Power, Oak Shortbow and Bronze Arrows.Go to the Chicken Coop and train on Chickens until level 20 ranged. Always pick up most of your arrows. Arrows are quite expensive if you are a low level player. If you wish, you may want to collect the chicken drops, such as the feathers (stackable) for fletching and fishing or the raw chicken for leveling up your cooking level or the bones if you wish to get up your prayer level.

Once at level 20 ranged, equip your Willow Shortbow and train on cows. Remember again, to pick up your arrows. You may wish to pick up the cow hides to sell for 100gp+ each, the bones for prayer,or the raw meat for cooking.

Once level 30, you are ready to move on from the Cows. Head to the Dwarven Mine and find the scorpions. There should be a few rocks (near some stairs) which you can use as a safe spot. Picking up arrows is optional here as you may get attacked by scorpians if you leave the safe spot. Scorpions do not drop anything.

At level 40 Ranged, there are three monsters you can train on, Hill Giants, white knights, or you can continue to kill scorpions. Hill Giants are located in Edgeville sewers or you can access the direct Hill Giants lair (Near Varrock) with a brass key. These monsters are level 28. There should be a safe spot at the end of the lair. Again, you may or may not wish to pick up your arrows. Hill Giants give you best drops out of all the monsters you have trained on. Big Bones can be sold for 400-500gp each and if your lucky they may occasionally drop Limpwurts used for herblore or sold for 600-700gp each.

When you reach 60 Ranged, you may wish to stop or have a break from leveling up your ranged. If you you wish to continue to 60+ Ranged it’s suggested to go to Karajama and train on Lesser Demons. These babies are level 82 and hit 8’s, but don’t worry there is a couple of safe spots. Lesser’s drop runes, runescape gold(up to 600gp),very rarely rune medium helmets, and other worthwhile items. Here you should pick up your arrows and drops as the lessers are very slow at reacting.

Runescape Barrows Guide

This is one of the best borrower’s guides which will provide you with information relating to equipments, stats and all other forms of quests. The users should be possessing level 70 including 50 or higher for strength and 60 or higher for defense. The range should be above 60.

Getting hold of the rune kite, plates and legs can be very helpful if the layer does not have the rune armor, barrows or the dragon armor. Full mystic possibly the split bark is advised of the player showcase low defense. The ranged amour can be accompanied with legs and the body. Some of the other equipments which can be brought along include magical element staff ancient staff and the slayer staff.

One of the most important things to be brought includes a spade. Most of the players cannot go through the barrows without a spade. 10000 gold, crystal bow, hide body, black dragon, glory ammy, 100 to 500 noted sharks with 5 or more noted ones should also be included. Some of the quests required and recommended for barrows include ghosts ahoy for lower level mages or while using regular spells, nature spirit for players who have not done the Myreque quest and the priest in the peril.

The people out there who have been a member for a long time have an advantage to get treasure trail clue. In order to get the treasure all that has to be done is to kill atleast 6 brothers. These brothers give the players a real tuff time and are extremely tuff to kill. The names of the brothers include Ahrim, Dharok, Guthen, Veracs, Torag and Karil. The player is needed to kill 5 of the brothers in the crypt while the last one has to be killed n the tunnels. Moving forward the player now has to get into the barrows. Move towards the Canifis bank and get hold of the supplies.

Now simply head towards south and get to the fence, on the eastern side watch for the door. After crossing the door turn on the run more and head towards south. After getting through the broken path you can again get back to the walk mode. Always try and stay on the eastern side while the players who are in the grey grounds would head towards northern trails. Take the northern path and move towards Mortton. Head towards west where you can get hold of the transportation spot, get over the bridge and finally into the big place.

First kill the mage brother so you do not have to use the spell more frequently. The hardest brother is Dharok who can be found near the stairs. Just move towards the next hill and then to north east where lies the hill dig. Before searching for the crypt it will be good to get the full prayer and setting the spell. Turning on the melee protection is also essential. After preparation Dharok can be killed. All the other brothers can be easily killed in any other order.

James’ Ultimate F2P Woodcutting Guide

Hey Members! I decided to write this guide because i used to look around sites scanning for a good one. Gradually – as i became a better woodcutter, i realised these guides were written by people who probably had not even achieved 60 woodcutting, and had just stolen the basic idea from countless other guides. So, I am writing this guide as a level 93 woodcutter to assist you with very detailed step-by-step runescape guide.

Setting Out

So you want to make money from Woodcutting? Well, it will take a while to start to rake the money in. The money maker is obviously Yews, they sell almost instantaneously and for the mid-max price on the Grand Exchange.

However, before reaching these high priced Logs, willows need to be cut. And they do NOT sell at all. So do not expect to be making a profit immediately.

To Set out on your journey, New player, or experienced. You will need a Hatchet:

Bronze Hatchet – A Woodcutting level of 1 is required

Iron Hatchet – A Woodcutting level of 1 is required

Steel Hatchet – A Woodcutting level of 6 is required

Black Hatchet – A Woodcutting level of 6 is required

Mithril Hatchet – A Woodcutting level of 21 is required

Adamant Hatchet – A Woodcutting level of 31 is required

Runite Hatchet – A Woodcutting level of 41 is required

The better the woodcutting hatchet you can purchase, the greater the chance of obtaining logs from a tree is.

The Trees

Appearance Name Level Experience
Normal Tree 1 25
Oak Tree 15 37.5
Willow Tree 30 67.5
Yew Tree 60 175

The Start of the Beginning

So You’ve just picked up Woodcutting, or just off Tutorial Island, and you have a hatchet handy. While your in Lumbridge, talk to the Woodcutting tutor, and he will tell you about the different trees found around Runescape. And if you do not already have one, a free bronze Hatchet and tinderbox. You can choose to discard the tinderbox unless you wish to level your fire-making up at the same time!

Level 1-15

So, Bronze hatchet in hand, and tinderbox (Optional depending on whether you want to burn the logs as you go) you need to start chopping down trees. As indicated previously, Normal trees are the only thing here, so you will need to chop 97 normal logs.

There is a variety of Locations you could chop at, since normal logs grow all over Runescape. A favourite spot is just behind Lumbridge castle since there is a general store to sell the logs in. Although this is a possibility, a lot of new players are found in this area and may steal your trees as they only yield one log each. Another is just west of Varrock outside the Gates. This time, there is a bank nearby to bank the logs or a nice long path to burn them on! 97 normal logs should bring you up to Level 18 Fire-making!
Equally, south of the Grand-Exchange there is a small wood which has a number of trees with a small amount of people most of the time.

Otherwise, cutting anywhere in the F2P world will be near a source of normal wood. Sometimes they are named differently, For example in the wilderness, normal tree’s are called ‘Dead Trees’ which still yield the same experience (25 Exp a Log) and logs.

Tip: Its best to find an area with little people around. This is because a normal tree only has 1 log in it, and may be taken by someone else if there are too many of you.

15-30

Congratulations! Now you can cut Oak trees! These yield slightly more Exp at 37.5 per log. 293 Oak Logs or 439 Normal Logs are needed to reach level 30. Obviously, normal trees can be continued with for a while and then you may change to oak trees.

Oak tree’s are much less abundant that normal trees, and react much differently to Normal Trees. Instead of 1 logs per tree, an Oak tree gives up far more. So you won’t have to switch tree so often, and it allows for more than 1 person to cut a tree at once. Now you can start to chat! Thus making time go quicker!

This can cause some issues, as higher level woodcutters cutting the tree your on may steal all the logs. I would recommend sticking to normal logs until you can cut oaks slightly quicker (around 25 Woodcutting) However, the few of you that want to move onto bigger and better things can cut oaks if you want.

Favoured Oak Locations are once again behind the general store in Lumbridge so that they can be sold. And once again west of Varrock due to the bank and fire-making space.
Oaks can also be found north of the bank a little just south of the Grand Exchange (another handy bank/selling point.) Also now, you can cut them east of the bank in Draynor. Cutting here sets you up nicely for when you hit 30, and there is also a bank very close by.

For a mixture, you can cut in the forests east of Draynor (North of the Swamp) which contains both normal trees and oaks.

30-60

In many ways this is the most tedious. As there is 30 levels and 260k Experience until you can cut yews. That’s 3,858 willows. A general tip is to continue with the previous tree for a few levels just to be able to cut the new tree quicker. I advise this strongly. Sticking with Oaks here can be beneficial since you may not get many willows to begin with. Staying by Draynor is good.

If you want to get right in there. A busy spot for willows is Draynor, by the water. This tends to be very busy since it is within clicking distance of a bank. I would advise avoiding Draynor for a while (Until about 45 woodcutting) And going to a much more quiet place.

South of Rimmington has quite an amount of yews and a general store nearby, so you can sell them/burn them. This is also the best place to cut if you are not at all worried about selling them – therefore allowing you to drop them on the spot. This is the fastest Exp/hour as there are rarely people, and you don’t need to move to bank or sell!

Another little spot is near Port Sarim. If you find the Jail in the south, and go west you shall find several willows. Normally there is no-one here! I recommend dropping or burning them if you decide to cut here, as there is no bank for a while – the closest being Draynor/Falador.

60-99

You’ve Done it! Or have you?

Yew tree’s are very popular, since they are the only thing a F2P like yourself can cut, and they sell for large amount of money to fletchers, fire-makers and construction teams on members worlds! As a result, nearly every yew tree in the F2P world will have on average 3 people around it. It is recommended that you continue with Willows (which you should be very quick with now) until around 70-80 woodcutting. At least then you may stand a chance of even getting some logs. By Level 60 is should be safe to cut in Draynor with a reasonable amount of logs given.

Then, there are many places to choose from. Edgeville is normally suited to not so high woodcutters. Occasionally a high level will be there, but more often then not they are at another location (which we will get into shortly)

Edgeville is suitable because there are 2 trees, and a bank within a good range away. However, Falador is equally good in the long term. South of Falador are 3 trees, this time with the bank slightly further away. There is little in terms of time it takes for an inventory.

If you must start from level 60 cutting yews, Falador is recommended, but if you have no luck there, there are 2 lone trees. One in Lumbridge Graveyard. The closest bank to that is at the top of Lumbridge castle. So not many higher levels cut there, and very few lower levels, however it is good for the people who just want to cut a few inventories quickly and go. The next is north of the museum in east Varrock. The bank is much closer, which is the eastern Varrock bank. This tends to have 1 or 2 people around it due to the close proximity of the bank.

The final location is for the best woodcutters around in F2P. Generally, there are 6-10 people there within the range of 80-99 woodcutting. North of Varrock, behind the castle is normally packed. It has 3 yews which are pretty close together which after cutting them all, seem to spawn very quickly again. The bank is very nearby at the Grand Exchange. To stand a chance getting many logs at all, i recommend 85 woodcutting. This is the best F2P spot to cut yews. However, it can become one of the worst depending on the amount of people trying to get logs (The biggest ruck i was ever in was 17 people). Remember: Wear Light! The run between trees and back, and then to the bank can drain your run quickly.

The best method here is cutting willows until 75, commencing with yews at Edgeville until 85 – then taking on North of Varrock Castle.

Unfortunately, that’s it. You must cut yews until Level 99 in F2P. Don’t be frightened that Level 92 – Level 99 is roughly the Same Exp over again from Level 1 – Level 91! Just set yourself a target of enough yews to buy something and you’ll soon get a nice high level! Mine was the God armours!

Good Luck on 99 Woodcutting!

Tips

Chatting to the people around trees can cause time to fly.
At 85 Woodcutting, stop looking at Exp To go, it will just annoy you
If there are too many people, switch worlds.
Wear very light clothing when cutting yews – as they are sometimes far apart and from the bank
Try to sell a large amount of yews at a time, and not in small bundles.

Runescape Fishing

Fishing in Runescape is quite fun and easy. To start fishing, you need something fishing equipment. You get a net from Tutorial Island, but if you wish to use something else, you can always buy equipment from fishing stores. My favorites are in Port Sarim and Catherby. If you want to fish for specific things, then you will need to fish at specific areas. Any area with sparking water is a fishing spot. However, before we go into that, let me explain what the fishing equipment is and what it’s used to catch.

Net: Used to catch Shrimp, Anchovies, Karambwanji, Giant Frogspawn, and Monkfish
Fishing Rod & Bait: Used to catch Sardine, Herring, Pike, Slimey Eel, and Cave Eel
Big Net: Used to catch Mackerel, Cod, and Bass (This can catch items as well, and I will explain that soon.)
Fly-Fishing Rod & Feathers: Used to catch Trout and Salmon
Harpoon: Used to catch Tuna, Swordfish, and Shark
Lobster Cage: Used to catch Lobsters
Oily-Fishing Rod & Bait: Used to catch Lava Eel
Karambwan Vessel: Used to catch Karambwan

Things that you can catch with your Big Net that is not fish Include:
- Boots & Gloves
- Seaweed
- Oyster Shell
- Casket

A lot of times, they are just useless things to be dropped, but sometimes you will get something that is worth the trouble.

As you move through the levels of fishing, you will be able to fish for a wide array of fish.
I will now name all of the fish, what level you need to fish for them, and how many experience points (exp) you get per fish.

» Shrimp: Level: 1 Exp: 10
» Karambwanji: Level: 5 Exp: 10
» Sardine: Level: 5 Exp: 20
» Herring: Level: 10 Exp: 30
» Anchovies: Level: 15 Exp: 40
» Mackerel: Level: 16 Exp: 20
» Trout: Level: 20 Exp: 50
» Cod: Level: 23 Exp: 45
» Pike: Level: 25 Exp: 60
» Slimey Eel: Level: 28 Exp: 65
» Salmon: Level: 30 Exp: 70
» Giant Frogspawn: Level: 33 Exp: 75
» Tuna: Level: 35 Exp: 80
» Cave Eel: Level: 38 Exp: 80
» Rainbow Fish: Level: 38 Exp: 80
» Lobster: Level: 40 Exp: 90
» Bass: Level: 46 Exp: 100
» Swordfish: Level: 50 Exp: 100
» Lava Eel: Level: 53 Exp: 60
» Monkfish: Level: 62 Exp: 120
» Karambwan: Level: 65 Exp105
» Shark: Level: 76 Exp: 110
» Sea Turtle: Level: 79 Exp: 105
» Manta Ray: Level: 81 Exp: 115

Fishing can be very profitable if one desires it to be. A lot of times selling your fish raw can be more profitable than cooked. For those who want high cooking levels, they will buy mass amounts of raw fish and then keep cooking until they get the level they want, which is usually 99. Some people, however, will buy the fish cooked so that they can train. Although, the prices are a bit lower, if you can’t sell it raw, then it’s worth it. Prices reside solely on whom you are selling to. For a warrior, they will buy the lowest price they can every time. A lot of times, warriors will buy Tuna. It heals a fair amount and you can get mass quantities pretty cheap. Those who want to cook the fish themselves would rather spend more and get the best fish they can cook.

Now that you know all you need to, go out there, and fish! I don’t want to see you standing by a river asking “To fish, or not to fish?

Woodcutting in Runescape is one of the most popular skills i...

Woodcutting in Runescape is one of the most popular skills in the game. Woodcutting is a skill that costs very little Runescape gold to get started. As a matter of fact you don't need gold to start woodcutting. All you need is an axe bronze or iron at first and you can make axes with the smelting skill or you can just buy one for a few runescape gold at the market place.

Woodcutting is one of the easiest skills to level in Runescape. All it takes is time and patience to level up this skill. Woodcutting is beneficial in many ways. You can use it to make materials for bows and arrows, witch works on another skill called fletching, or you can use the logs to build up another skill called fire making. Last but not least you can just woodcut to sell logs to people that are working on their fletching skill, though this is not profitable until you are able to cut yew trees. Yew logs sell for 350 gold each.

When a player starts woodcutting the levels increase very fast. I suggest you find trees that are somewhat close to a bank. This way you can just bank the logs you cut and wait until you have a large amount (over a thousand) and decide what you are going to do with them.

One thing to keep in mind while woodcutting, is that you should always get the best axe you can use at that time. Having the best axe will increase the speed at which you cut the logs. Also as you increase levels you can cut different trees. You will want to switch to trees the same way you do axes. As soon as something better is available use until you reach willow trees.

Willows trees are what you are going to train on till level 65. You will want to cut willows because it is very quick experience. I know you can cut maple trees which give more experience per log but it takes longer to cut than willows so you actually make more experience per hour if you cut willows and as a result level up faster.

After you reach level 65 you can move on to cutting yew trees. This is where the runescape money is. I can cut a thousand yews in a few hours and then sell them at the grand exchange for 350k gold or more depending on the demand at the time. Let me warn you yews are a slow process at first but stick with it. It will get better.

How to Get Good Runecrafting in RuneScape

Runecrafting is a long, involved skill, which is fairly hard to master. It is very useful after the 60’s and 70’s. This wiki should be able to help you level it up a lot. This is for free players also, I got 54 Runecrafting as a Free Player anyway. So….How do you even runecraft? Well runecrafting is one of the most complicated skills, yet the most rewarding almost. It is basically making the runes that mages and others use in runescape everyday. But, the more expensive the runes, the higher the level you need to make them. This is how to achieve a good runecrafting level in runescape.

Also, by doing that, you can become VERY rich.

First off, you need to do a quest. It is very simple and straightforward and it’s called Rune Mysteries - if you need help please go to Runehq.com, which helps for quests.

Once that quest is done, mine some rune essence. You will know how by the end of the rune mysteries quest how to teleport to mine rune essence (Also, rune essence is great for selling in bulk for runecrafters).

You should have an air talisman from rune mysteries. Click locate on the talisman and it should tell you a direction to go to. You will end up just south of Falador’s eastern bank (by the mining guild) and just North of Port Sarim.

You will find yourself in front of some rocks, that will be called ancient ruins, or something like that.

Use the air talisman with the big altar thing, and you will see the text in your chat box “You feel a great power grip you.” And you will be teleported to a giant hill with hundreds of trees around you. In the center of the hill you will see a giant stone slab that has the air rune symbol etched into it. This is where you craft runes. Now, you should mine some rune essences. 422 of them to be exact, which will be relatively quick. You can also buy them but mining will be much smarter since you will make no profit by buying them.

Now, once you have you 422 rune essences, buy a tiara. All you have to do to make it go by a bit faster is go to the air altar, use your tiara with the big stone slab in the center (make sure you have the air talisman), and it will turn into an air tiara (your talisman will disappear). Now, all you have to do is wear it and click on the ruins instead of using the talisman with the ruins. Also, it will give you an extra space.

Now, craft all of this essence, and you will level up very quickly in the beginning. You will level up about each load until maybe level 5. Once you reach level 11 you will notice you make double the amount of air runes to the amount of essence you are carrying.

After you are done you will have 572 air runes. You can sell these at about 11 a piece. That means that you have just made 6.2k in just a little bit. This is a great idea for low levels trying to get money. Now, you can make fire runes.

You are 14 runecrafting! Nice! And so the leveling system begins…

Levels 14-27

And so…you have progressed unto the stage of free players and members versions of runecrafting. After this part, there will be two ways to get runecrafting up. The member’s way, and the free player’s way.

Now, you are 14 runescrafting. You are going to get 27 runecrafting, you will need 7623 xp. This means about 1089 rune essence. PLEASE! Be patient enough to mine this! It will only take about 1-2 hours, since rune essence mining is very quick.

Now, you need to go to Al Kharid. You will need a fire talisman also, and if you press locate you will eventually end up just north of the dueling arena entrance. Fire runes are 7 xp each, so you will be getting 196 xp per load. (Remember to make a fire tiara, same thing as air tiara.)

Ok. These are the member and free player options now!

Now this is the free player option. You will need all of your essence noted in your inventory. Bring with you about 5k, or all the money you made from your air runes. Now, all you have to do is sell 26 rune essences to the general store which is just south of the fire altar. Buy these rune essences back very quickly. (Note: Your money will go down, but you will not lose too much. You can sell the fire runes back for more than double the cash you used)

Repeat this until all of your rune essence is gone. You are now 27 runecrafting, Gratz.

Members option!

This is a good option if you do not want to use runescape money, but the above option is faster. The duel arena bank is very close so that would be a good bank to use to store your runes and get you essence. Keep doing this until your done, and Gratz. 27 runecraft.

Now, please, sell these runes. You will easily make about 14k off of them. Your Welcome.

Now, I think I should start with the free players first. Yeah, you can’t make cosmic runes. Sorry, but its okay, I have some ideas.

Well, to be honest, the best xp you can get is body runes. But, body runes are useless. So, they sell for little money. But, my friend, this is where the rubber hits the road until you bet some REAL money.

So, please, start off mining your essence. This is the last time you will mine essence, so be happy. Mine 1136 rune essence. Keep your clicking finger ready, and when your done, walk to edgeville. (You will need a body talisman, which are VERY easy to find. People will give you one if you ask. Trust me.) Now, make a tiara like you did your fires and airs.

The altar you want is just to the west of the barbarian village in the middle of the woods. You will see it, and then go inside. (It is one of the most interesting altars to me.)

Craft ALL of those runes and then you will be 33 runecrafting. Congratulations, say goodbye to mining rune essence.

Member’s way.

First..you will need to do the quest Lost City, which is relatively short and gives rights to wielding dragon longswords and daggers, and access to the Cosmic altar! You may want 46 or 66 agility to make it faster, but is not required. Okay, you will need to get 44 runecrafting. You DO NOT WANT TO CRAFT CHAOS RUNES!!! It is long and tiring, since the altar is a maze (Literally, not joke. It’s a freaking maze.) It takes about 10 minutes for one load…

Now, the altar is very quick to find, and you may want to buy your rune essence. But, rune essence has now turned into PURE rune essence. You have to buy it for more each, at around 80 each. It’s going to be kind of expensive, but you can easily mine it but you have to have 30 mining. Anyway, you will somehow have to get 5740 PURE rune essences.

Get your cosmic talisman, which is more expensive then your basic rune talismans that you were getting. Make a tiara, and begin the long journey. This is, as was the member version, where the rubber hits the road. Its goign to be a while til’ you get lots of money. As the saying goes, No pain, No gain.

Now that you’ve crafted them all, you’re 44 runecrafting. Nice.

Free players!

If you are going to be a free player forever, then runecrafting isn’t too important, but it is a huge money maker even still. Now that you’re 33 runecraft, you can quadruple the amount of airs you make out of essence.

So, somehow you had to sell your body runes (the Grand Exchange works best) Nice job my man, the rune essence mining spot is now a thing of the past to you. (Unless you like it…THAT much.)

Well, I am not sure of the price of rune essence, but buy as much as you can on the Grand exchange, and make air runes. Make all of the airs into air runes, and sell for the basic price. You pretty much quadruple the price you bought your runes for. You will make about 100 air runes at a time, and you can sell them for loads of money. Since there is no FAST way to get it up in the free worlds, this is the FAST way to make money in free worlds instead. Every 11 levels that you go up means you added to the amount that you multiply your essence by to get you air runes. So, at 44 runecrafting, you quintruple you amount, at 55 you sextuple, and 66….on and on and on…. You’ll be rich. Keep doing this and you can very easily become a millionaire.

Members version.

Ahh…Nature runes…These babies require no quest at all. The talisman is a bit expensive but you can handle it. Now you need to do the same thing you did for the Al Kharid fire runes here. There is a shop just north of a little tribe. Carry your essences with you (plus about 50k), sell to the shop, then buy back very quickly. Your goal is now 54 runecrafting though, and this is going to be the hardest time of all of the runecrafting stages.

They are not known for this, but I call these next 10 levels, the terrible ten. You are going to get BORED!!!! You will be very bored. Now here are the numbers, Good LUCK!

You will be making nature runes. If you buy all the rune essence you need, you will get about 840k to buy all the essence. That means you need 10581 rune essence! THAT’S A LOT! (Please join the clan chat Entrana99 for entertainment during the training.)

DO NOT try to get that much if you do not have that much. If you do have that much, buy that essence. Otherwise, get enough to buy about 1k rune essence. Once you make 1k nature runes, you profit skyrockets! You now have 260k after selling these nature runes. Buy all the essence you can afford and sell those after you make nature runes out of them. Keep doing this until you have 54 runecrafting. Now comes the CHA CHING! Gratz :)

Okay, if you made all that essence into nature runes when you had the runescape money to get all the essence at one time, you have over 2.7 mil. Nice. If you didn’t buy all them at one time, you still have a lot of money. Now go spend it. You don’t need it, unless you really want to make nature runes for more money. But, laws are not fast to make, and they only give good cash but not good numbers in short time. But, they give AMAZING xp. That is why I suggest that you join the Teal Clan of world 99. They are a clan that people give their essences to for law runes. You don’t even need to give them rune essences back. You level up very quickly. Do this until maybe 59 runecrafting and then its back to money.

You have 59 runecraft, eh? NICE!!

You can double comic runes now. They go for 150 ea, which is even more than nature runes. A good idea to start off with is to get about 2k pure essence, then craft it all. (46 agility suggested, it goes much faster, trust me.) You have…Four…THOUSAND cosmic runes. That is pretty much the same thing as…Six…HUNDRED-THOUSAND!!! Dollars. My suggestion? Buy 6k Pure ess. That means that you have about 120k extra for maybe that new berserker helm…granite shield…AND Dragon dagger (p++). Nice, huh?

Now…craft them all again. You will have 12,000 cosmic runes!
AMAZING!!!!! NOW SELL THEM! Or! try the mage training arena just north of the duel arena. It gives good xp…but I think I’ll take the money :)

So now you have 1.8 MILLION gp. What to do? It would be smart to continue doing this. You get level ups, and very fast cash. Eventually though, maybe if you hit 70 after doing this, you will be looking for more….Well…keep reading…..

Remember the teal clan? You are still in the clan…train your runecrafting like crazy there! Keep going! Yes! Until you are 91 runecrafting.

You will need to make 543706 law runes (its hard to keep track when people are running for you) You will not make any runescape money.

This will be the hardest and longest part if you do this. But, once you hit 91 runecrafting, 520k per hour ain’t shabby?

You will have millions in no time. You will have noobs begging all over for you! You will have whips…dragon armour…so many dragon weapons you’ll be giving them away! And it’s all because of runecrafting.

HAPPY RUNECRAFTING!

This is a boring skill at times. Don’t give up too quickly, because you WILL get runescape gold later. When you get Level 25 Runecrafting and are a member, do the Abyss mini-quest and get the pouch. It helps runecrafting go a little faster.

Wilderness Rune Mining Guide

Introduction Mining Rune Ore is perhaps one of the best ways of making rs gold, with an experienced miner being able to bring in 1 million gp in just 3 hours.

This guide will focus on Mining Rune at the Wilderness Rune Mine, as it is the only place in which Free players may mine Rune, and because the other sites are easy enough to mine at anyway.

Recommended Levels

To begin this profitable venture, you will need a few levels to begin with. These are

83+ Mining (Required): Although you need 85 mining to mine Rune, it is possible to do so before. To do this, you will need either a Dwarven stout, which increases your Mining and Smithing Levels by 1, or a mature Dwarven Stout which does so by 2.

It is however strongly recommended that you get 85 mining. This is because it will make things much simpler, as you will not need to take up inventory space by carrying the stouts, they can be hard to buy, and the time that they last is unpredictable.

High Combat Level (Recommended): It is recommended that you have fairly high combat stats, due to the fact that the Rune Rocks are surrounded by level 34 spiders, and due to the fact that they are located in around level 54 Wilderness, you will be able to be attacked by most Revenants; and such you will need to defend yourself.

39+ Prayer (Recommended): It is highly recommended that you have at least 39 prayer so that you may use the prayer protect from magic- although having 43 so that you can use all the protect prayers is preferred.

High Agility (Recommended and members only)- If you are a member, then it is highly recommended that you raise your agility level to at least 30. This will not take to long, and you will most definitely notice the difference. This is because you will be doing a fair amount of running whilst mining rune- be it to the bank, or from Revenants, and you will find the extra energy extremely useful.

Recommended Equipment

You will need the right gear if you want to mine rune successfully. Below are some recommended set ups, but you may add and remove items depending on your budget and levels.

An example of some good equipment. You should change items depending on your levels, and if you are a member or not.

Set up 1- Free to Play

Head- Wizards Hat

Torso- Best d'hide body you can wear

Legs- Best d'hide chaps you can wear

Shield- Anti dragon fire shield

Weapon- Rune Pickaxe

Gloves- Leather Gloves

Amulet- Amulet of defence or Holy Symbol

Set up 2- Members

Head- farseer helm, wizards hat

Torso- Best d'hide body you can wear

Legs- Best d'hide chaps you can wear

Shield- Elemental or Mind Shield

Weapon- Rune Pickaxe

Gloves- Forthity Bracelet

Amulet- Glory Amulet, Amulet of Defence or Holy Symbol

Both of these set ups provide good magic defence, which is what a revenant will usually attack with first, whilst still remaining cheap.

Recommended Inventory

An example of a good inventory.

Around 5 Tuna fish or lobsters: Tuna is recommended, as it is extremely cheap, whilst it still heals a good amount (10hp). Those who are new to rune mining, or with low combat levels may want to take lobsters or swordfish.

3 Cakes: Although they only heal 4hp per bite, in total cake heals 12hp whilst still being cheap. It is recommended that you eat these when not in immediate danger as not to waste money on more expensive fish.

Anti Poison (members): In members worlds, Revenants will often poison you in 50+ Wilderness. There is a chance that you will be teleported here if using Obelisks to travel, and such to prevent an early trip to the bank, it is recommended that you take 1 anti poison potion.

Prayer Potion (members): You will often pray a lot if you encounter Revenants, and such you may save yourself a trip to the altar by carrying 1 prayer potion.

Travel and Location

It is not easy reaching these rare rocks, however with these tricks your journey should be slightly less treacherous.

From Edgeville or Varrock: This is the most dangerous route, and the only one open to free players. You simply walk to the rocks from either Edgville or Varrock.

Skills Necklace (members only): Members may use a Games Necklace to teleport to either Bounty Hunter or Clan Wars. You may then either use teleport obelisks, or walk to the Rune rocks.

Ancient Magiks Spells (members only): several spells from the Ancient Magiks spellbook will teleport you near the Rune rocks; these are-

- Dareeyak teleport;78 magic- The ruins

- Carrallangar teleport; 84 magic- The Graveyard

- Annakarl teleport; 90 magic- The Demonic Ruins

- Ghorrock teleport; 96 magic- The Ice Plateau

Teleport Obelisks (members only): There are several Teleport Obelisks scattered across the Wilderess. If you teleport using one of these, then you will be randomly sent to another. There is one outside bounty hunter, and anther just west of the Rune rocks, meaning that you can reach them easily.

- Green line: Using Teleport Obelisks

- Pink line: Dareeyak teleport

Whilst Mining

Whilst mining, there are several things you should check you have done.

Sound: Make sure that you have the sound effects turned UP. This way you can hear a Revenants magic attack, and such run and use the correct protection prayers straight away.

Auto Attack: You should also have this turned OFF. That way you will not run towards any attacking Revenants.

Run: Have this turned ON, whilst mining, so that you can run from attacking Revenants straight away.

You should also keep an eye on your mini map, and your camera angle low, so that you can see Revenants, and run from them at quickly at possible.

Banking

You should not bank with a full inventory of Rune. This will mean that you cannot run for long, and if you die you will lose a lot of money. You should also make sure that you have some food left.

There are several ways that you can bank your Rune.

Bounty Hunter: This is probably the best way, as it is close by. Members may use Teleport Obelisks, and teleport right outside, whilst free players will have to walk.

Mage Arena (members only): This is the second best method, but is not recommended as you will have to walk around high levelled wilderness, which is a hotspot for Revenants.

- Green line: Using teleport obelisks

- Peach line: Mage arena

Revenants

Throughout this guide, I have mentioned Revenants several times. For those who are not familiar with them, they are dangerous ghosts that replaced Pking. They can hit up to 30 often, and could leave even the most experienced of players dead before they know what's hit them.

They will usually use there magic attack first, but can use all styles of combat and will change depending on what protection prayer you use.

Such it is advised that you take plenty of food whilst mining, and only items that you are willing to lose.

Grave Stones

Mining Rune is a dangerous past time, and such you will most probably die at some point. When this happens, you will leave behind a gravestone. These last for a few minutes, and if you reach it in time you will receive all of your items back. You can purchase new gravestones from the church in Lumbridge, whilst members may also purchase more once they have finished the drunken dwarf quest.

Tips and Tricks

- The higher your mining level, the faster you will mine Rune.

- Revenants will usually use their Magic attack first; turn your sound up and learn to recognise it so that you may use protect prayers and run straight away.

- If you die, you can still get your items back; but you will need to get to the place that you died at within a few minutes.

World Hopping

As Rune ore takes so long to respawn, it is reccomended that you world hop. (cheap runescape gold)It is a good idea to pick around 5 worlds and cycle through them, so that you will be there when the ore spawns.

Runescape Easy Level ups- Cheats, Hints and Tips

Method 1: Go to Rimmington, then go to the room where two logs respawn. Go in it, close the door, then wait until the little level 2 rats respawn there. Kill them until you reach level 5, then go back to Lumbridge. Go to the room with goblins in it. Close the door and wait until they respawn. Kill them and level up to about level 10. Then, go to Varrok and kill any level 9 men and level 10 muggers until you level up five more times. Then, go to the Wizard Tower to level up to level 20. Continue with the higher five levels each time until you are at level 40. Method 2: An easy way to level up in your ranger level is to go to Port Sarim. Go inside the jail. Note: You will not be able to get your undamaged arrows again - bring a lot of them. Shoot at the goblin first until you gain some levels, then kill the mugger followed by the thief, black knight, and other prisoners. You will level quickly. Another place of interest for rangers is the wizard tower. Go down the stairs until you cannot proceed further. Look for the lesser daemon that is caged up. Note: Once again, you cannot get your arrows back. Also, beware of the level 25 dark wizard with a beard who will attack you.

Method 3: You can level your attack level (not strength) up to 8 at the Varrok training center (the one with five dummies in it) next to the east smithing area.

Method 4: Go to the hut in which you talk to the ancient Gnome. Attack the level 47 Jungle Spiders. These give more experience than level 56 Knights or level 79 Lessers.

Method 5: A good training location is the third floor in the black knight castle. There are non-aggressive black knights respawning there, and an Altar. To get in, first make sure you have a medium Bronze Helmet and an Iron Chain Mail. Then, go to world one and enter the fortress. Go through both doors so that you are in the black knight meeting hall. It has three long tables. Then, go through the door (not the one you just came in from). The reason this is done in world one is because people are attacking the black knights and they will not stop you from going in the door. Once you get through the door, log out and go to a less crowded world. Then, go up the stairs to the second floor, then up the ladder to the third floor. If you have a high enough Pray level, put on Rapid Heal; whenever you are low on Pray points recharge at the altar. Another benefit of training here is that if you are very low on HP and do not have food, leave and to the monastery; then repeat the process to get back in.

Method 6: An easy way to get your attack to any desired level is at Varrock. Go to the dummies by the museum. Hit the dummies until your attack level is 8. Once at 8, you will no longer be allowed to hit the dummies. Drink beer until your attack is 0 then keep hitting the dummies. Once your attack returns to 8 or more, repeat by drinking the beer. Note: The dummies only give 5 experience points for every hit.

Method 7: Go to Falador and get a Sleeping Bag, any kind of Pickaxe, and a Hammer. Go north to the mine. Stay there until you are satisfied with your mining level. Then go to Falador and smelt the ore. Go to Doric's house and smith the ore. Repeat this to gain higher mining and smithing levels.

Method 8: For faster fletching levels (members only), go to the Gnome stronghold and cut oak trees. Oaks can be cut very fast. Make oak long bows, but do not string them. You will gain wood cutting and fletching experience quickly. Then, sell the bows to the general store for 8 gp each. You should get about 1,000 gp for every three to four hundred bows.

Method 9: A easy way to make money is to mine, smith, and cut trees like yews. Train all three of those skills to make hundreds of thousands with a level 3 character.

Method 10: This trick is for members only. Do the Plague City and Biohazard quests. After finishing the Biohazard quest, you can use King Lutha's training grounds. To attack the ogres there you must get a halberd, range, or mage. With the halberd you can gain lots of combat levels in about an hour.

Method 11: You cannot die on the Tutorial Island. You will go down to one health, but you will not die. Stay down there to get your stats up to level 3.

Method 12: Go to Goblin Village (north of Falador) and go to a world with almost nobody in it (try when at night). Kill the Goblins to gain levels. Also, to win, use attack levels: accurate or controlled; strength levels: aggressive; and defense levels: defensive block.

Method 13: If you are a member, go to Seers village (west of White Wolf Mountain). Below the checkered room will be a field of Flax (the west field). Pick Flax and put it in your bank in Seers Village. Repeat this until you have about 500 to 1,000 Flax. You can sell Flax in that bank for 100 gp. If you want more money (with 12 Crafting), there are two buildings below and to the left of the bank. Take the Flax to the top floor of the southern building and use the spinning wheel. Spin the Flax into Bow Strings and sell them for 150 to 200 gp. You will also get a some crafting experience for spinning flax.

Runescape Troll Romance Quest Strategy

THE START
Items for this part: Climbing boots or 12gp, some (low) food (optional), prayer points (optional).
Description: To start off, go to the troll stronghold, it's located north from Burthorpe. You will need some climbing boots; you can buy them from Terzing for 12gp. Terzing is located on the southwest end of the Troll Mountains. Go all the way past the stone throwing trolls (use protect from range prayer if you can). Get inside the Troll Stronghold and head east. Go down the stairs and head west, until you find a doorway. Go through it and to the west side of the room, you will find a troll crying. This is Ug, the start of your quest. Talk to him about Aga. AGA
Description: Head east to the end of the next room, you will find Aga, ask her about her love life. Then continue about "Trollweiss".

UG PART 2
Description: Talk to Ug about the flower, he will tell you only someone who has lived in the mountains all his life knows how to get the Trollweiss.

TENZING
Description: Go back all the way trough the mountains to Tenzing. This is the Sherpa as where you could also buy climbing boots. Ask him about Trollweiss. He will tell you it's impossible to get, but keep insisting on going after it. He will finally tell you, you need a sled to go down. He will tell you to go see Dunstan.

DUNSTAN
Description: Ask him about the sled. Tell him you feel too old for one by pressing "yes", he will ask why you need one and you will explain him. After this he will tell you what he needs to build one. He sends you off to find these items and says he'll be working on the model meanwhile.

DUNSTAN PART 2
Items for this part: Maple or yew log, iron bar, rope
Description: You will need a maple or yew log, an iron bar and some rope for him to build a sled. Talk to him with these items in your inventory and he will build it.

WAXING THE SLED
Items for this part: Cake tin, insect repellent, swamp tar
Description: Go to the Catherby beehives. You will find a bucket respawn, pick one up. Use the bucket on any beehive while having the insect repellent in your inventory. You will get some honey. Use the swamp tar on the bucket with honey while having a cake tin with you. You will get some wax. Use the wax on the sled.

GET THE TROLLWEISS
Items for this part: Teleport ring/amulet/runes (optional).
Description: There is a route north of the stone throwing trolls. It could be useful to teleport there because it's quite close and you won't have to pass the stone throwers again. Follow the path to a closed ice-gate. West of here is a cave, go trough it, but be warned there are a lot of level 120 trolls, although they don't seem aggressive. After this is a great ice plateau. Ride your slide here (you can go around like your walking). Go southwest (mostly south) past some wolves. You will find a "slope". Go for the first option "slide slope". You will get a small animated movie about sliding. Eventually you will stop sliding and be able to "walk" again. Go west to a plateau and pick some rare flowers. You only need one for the quest but if you like pick some more. Now you can do two things. Either you teleport out, or you slide down the next slope located to the south.

BACK TO UG
Items for this part: Throllweiss.
Description: Go back to Ug and give him the flower by talking to him. He tells you he is afraid of giving it to Aga because of Arrg. You will need to defeat Arrg.

DEFEATING ARRG
Description: The most difficult part of the quest. First talk to him. Tell him you came to kill him. You will be taken outside (can't fight in front of a lady) and will need to kill him here. Be warned, he uses both melee as well as missile attacks (throwing rocks). If you don't want to get hit, you will have to switch between melee protection and missile protection prayer really fast. Do make sure you keep an eye on your hit points because he might hit you anyway. After you beat him, just go back to Ug to finish the quest.

Runescape What Lies Below Quest Strategy

Starting location: Speak to Rat Burgiss at the crossroad on the path south of Varrock.
Quest difficulty level: Medium.
Reward: 8000 Runecrafting, 2000 Defense, Beacon Ring, alternative route to the chaos altar.
Quest points gained: 1.
Required Quests: Rune Mysteries.
Required Skills: Level 35 Runecrafting.
Required Items: Bowl, 15 chaos runes.
Monsters: Outlaw (Level 32), King Roald (Level 47).
NPC: Rat Burgiss, Surok Magis, Zaff.
WHAT LIES BELOW QUEST WALKTHROUGH
Speak to Rat Burgiss at the crossroads of Lumbridge and Varrock. While traveling to Varrock, his cart was ransacked by outlaws. These outlaws took five pages of some very important papers. Offer to get them back for him. He heard the outlaws say they were heading to a camp site northwest of Varrock. Burgiss provides a folder to put the pages in, after you have reclaimed them. Head up to the outlaws camp - due east of the Edgeville fairy ring and southwest of the Spirit Tree. Kill five Outlaws (Level 32) and use the papers they drop on your folder. Return to Burgiss and give him his folder. Burgiss will tell you a secret. Your response makes him decide to instead give you another task which is delivering a letter that is incomprehensible to you. The letter is to be given to Surok Magis, a wizard residing in the Varrock Palace Library, so head up and speak to him. Upon giving him the letter, he will immediately destroy it and offer to let you in on a secret - he has discovered a way to turn clay into gold bars. He only needs a few more things so he can create enough gold to share with you: a bowl and a wand with the power of the chaos altar in it. He will give you a metal wand and a diary written by one Sin'keth, a follower of Zamorak who helped in the creation of the Tunnel of Chaos, hidden beneath a statue of Saradomin. Surok Magis will also tell you of a historic tome somewhere in the library which contains details on a shortcut to the Chaos Altar. Search the bookcases until you find the Dagon'hai history; this book also points to the statue of Saradomin as the entrance to the Tunnel of Chaos.

Take 15 chaos runes and the metal wand to the Chaos Altar. There are three ways to go:

The Abyss - Like any normal abyss trip, go through the abyss and into the Chaos portal.
The Wilderness - Head north and west from Edgeville and enter the Chaos Altar with a talisman or tiara.

The Tunnel of Chaos (Level 42 Mining Required) - You will need a Chaos talisman or tiara for this path. Head out the east gate of Varrock and follow the path north to the Saradomin statue.

The Saradomin Statue Use a bronze pickaxe to excavate the statue. If you don't have one speak to Anna Jones who will give you one on Surok's orders. Use the wand on the Chaos altar to infuse the runes. Return to Surok with the Infused wand and bowl. He must now prepare the spell, which will take some time.

To occupy you during the wait, he has a letter for you to deliver to Rat Burgiss. Head to Rat and give him the letter - after reading it he will decide to let you in on his secret. It turns out he is really the Commander of the Varrock Palace Secret Guard, acting on suspicions that Surok was trying to control King Roald. It appears in your vain wishes for gold, you have really helped Surok to finally get the items needed for his mind-control spell. The only person with the knowledge to counteract this spell is Zaff, the owner of the staff shop in Varrock. Speak with him, saying that Rat Burgiss sent you. The spell developed to counteract Surok's mind-control spell will only work if King Roald is made incredibly weak beforehand. Zaff will give you some instructions and a beacon ring, used to summon him when King Roald is appropriately weakened. Though Surok will most likely refuse to an arrest, you have been made an honorary member of the Varrock Palace Secret Guard so you are able to arrest him.

It is time to return to the Varrock Palace Library and confront Surok. He, of course, refuses to go quietly. Instead, he orders King Roald - already placed under his spell - to attack you. In a cut scene, Surok will summon King Roald (Level 47), who, after brief disorientation, decides he must kill you. Fight him until your chatbox says "Now would be a good time to summon Zaff!" Operate the Beacon Ring, and Zaff will cast the counter-spell, then teleport King Roald out of danger. Surok will attempt to escape, but his teleportation spell will be corrupted by Zaff. Zaff has instated a permanent teleblock on the library, stopping Surok from ever leaving. All that is left is to go to Rat and tell him of the mission's success. Though it is expected he will no longer be a problem, a closer watch is now being kept on Surok. Burgiss gives you the reward, mentioning that one day there may be a place for you in the Varrock Palace Secret Guard.

How to Prevent Disaster After Death in Runescape

Dying in Runescape can be an expensive and dangerous proposition. When you perish, all the items on your person go up for grabs to whoever happens to be wandering by. You can always talk to the person who looted you, but most people will be at least a little hesitant to give your gear back. Fortunately, there are a few things you can do to prevent a total loss.

Instructions
Look at the color of your intended target. The text displaying the enemy’s name will have a different color depending on your chances of survival. If the text is yellow, you have a bout a 50/50 chance of survival. Orange text indicates you may not survive and red text means that you better start praying. Taking on manageable targets is the first step on your path to staying alive. Keep backups. If you’re using mostly crafted items, always keep a couple spares in your bank. That way, if you get looted, the worst thing you suffer is some indignities from the looter and a trip to the bank.

Make some friends. Questing and killing monsters with friends will help ensure that you get your gear back after death.

Be kind. Almost invariably, you will find yourself newly resurrected, and your gear in someone else’s hands. Though it may not happen often, its bound to happen sooner or later. When it does, be kind to the person who took your gear. Be polite and ask them in gentle terms if you can have your gear back. If they refuse, cursing them out will not rectify the situation.

Avoid the PvP area and people with skulls over their heads. The PvP or Player vs Player area is a land where anyone can be attacked by another player. Doing so will earn you a skull over your head, indicating that you assaulted another player. If you wish to keep your gear in good order, avoid the PvP area and people with skulls at all costs!

Runescape Weapons Guide

Runescape Weapons Guide
There are many skills and over one hundred quests you can do in Runescape – you can make many new friends and have Runescape adventures with your friends. This guide talks about one of the most important features of the game: Runescape combat and its weapons.

Basics of Runescape Combat
First off, there are three main types of combat; Melee, Magic, and Range (archery to some). Some people prefer only one of these skills while others prefer to train up two or all three of the skills. These three types of combat have their own advantages and disadvantages that are represented in the Runescape combat triangle.

The combat triangle is the situation where melee has good defense and offense against Range because arrows easily bounce off that hard, bulky metal and swords can easily cut through soft durable leather. Rangers will have the upper-hand again mages users because arrows can easily pierce those thin robes and magic is deflected against leather and dragon-hide. Magic users (commonly known as mages) will normally be seen trying to fight a warrior because magic can be shot from longer distances than arrows and the armor has a very weak magic defense and is much heavier than the light robes that mages where allowing them to run for longer. All types of combat also have their own styles to use for accurate, aggressive, or defensive measures.

Best Runescape Weapons
What people perceive to be the “best Runescape weapons” largely comes down to personal preference and also depends on how much you play Runescape training your combat and what sort of stats your characters has which can vary greatly from player to player. More attacks and weapons can be used the higher your level in a particular combat skill. Let’s start with melee:

Runescape Melee Weapons
First time fighters will have level one attack. This is the only skill required for wielding weapons, but people try to raise their strength, or they will only hit low amounts of damage. At level one attack you can wield only bronze and iron weapons. Both are very inexpensive, but at the same time are not very good weapons.

At level five attack, you will find you can now wield some stronger steel weapons. These are still quite inexpensive.
At level 10 attack, the black weapons are opened up to you. These are the first of two metal weapons (and the only free member weapon) that can’t be made using the smithing skill. While inexpensive, they are harder to find as few stores sell black items.
At level 20 you can use the mithril (also known as “mith”) weapons! These are sometimes the last type of weapon in a store, but some won’t stop here. Still not expensive, but they are not cheap either for beginning players.
At level 30 you can use adamant (also know as “addy”) swords and the like. Addy weapons are more expensive for some players and are the last free member (F2P) weapons sold in normal stores.
Once you have reach level 40 attack and can use the best Runescape free to play weapons – Rune! Rune weapons are quite expensive and there is only one shop that sells them in free member, the champions guild which is south-west of Varrock. They can also be bought from other players and be smithed by high level smithers.
The best weapon in Runescape for free members is Rune scimitars (also known as “scimmys”). These scimitars are fast and accurate yet still relatively powerful. Some people also prefer two-handers (aka “2h”) – this weapon that cannot be used with a shield as they require two hand to wield so they leave you slightly more prone to damage and they are fairly inaccurate yet they make up for all this by packing a big punch. Other people often like to opt for the battle axe (also know as a “baxe”). These weapons are stronger but slower than the scimitar, yet and are faster but weaker than the two-hander. They can also be used with a shield.

Runescape Range Weapons
Range is the simplest combat form, the least expensive, and the fastest and most accurate. All you need is a bow and arrows and it requires two hands. At different levels of range you can use different bows and arrows. There are long bows and short bows. Short bows are preferred as they are faster and more lightweight while the longbow can shoot farther distances. There are also crossbows and their bolts which I will go over later.

At level one range you can use a normal short or long bow and bronze or iron arrows.
At level 5 range you can use oak bows and steel arrows.
At level 20 range you can use willow bows and mithril arrows.
At level 30 you can use maple bows and adamant arrows. These are the highest range weapons you can use as a free member.
For level 40 range you are allowed to use yew bows and rune arrows.
At 50 range you can use magic bows and any arrows.
An alternative to wooden bows and arrows, you can use crossbows and bolts. Their advantage is being one handed, meaning you can use a shield. The disadvantage is being slower, heavier, and harder to make. Free members can only use two crossbows, the regular crossbow and the phoenix crossbow, both requiring level one range and only being able to use bronze bolts. Bolts can also be fitted with gem tips.Paying members (P2P) can use bronze crossbows at level one. From there:

Blurite crossbows and bolts can be used at level 16 range.
At 26 range, iron crossbows and bolts can be used.
The Dorgeshuun crossbow requires 28 range and can use bone and iron bolts with out gem tips.
At 31 range, the steel crossbow and bolts can be acquired.
Mithril crossbows and bolts are used at level 36 range.
Once 46 range, a ranger can use adamant crossbows and arrows.
Finally, the rune crossbow and bolts can be used once level 61 range.
Most rangers use the best bow they can use at their range level. The arrows they use depend on how much money they want to spend buying or making them. Most people training prefer iron and steel arrows, but while “player-killing” (also known as Runescape Pking), most rangers will use the best arrows they can.

Runescape Magic Weapons
Probably the most favored combat skill for player-killing and quite complex for the game of Runescape. While magic can be used for fighting, it can also be used for other uses such as teleporting, changing the appearance of some items, helping others, and much more! While there are no magic level requirements for using different magical objects, you need magic levels to use different spells. Since this guide is about combat and weapons, we will only go over spells and items that can be used to fight:

Runescape Staffs
Magic only requires one hand so a shield can be wielded. You can buy staffs in staff shops or from other people. The staffs are Battlestaff (P2P), Staff, Magic Staff, Elemental Staffs (Air, Water, Earth, Wind, and Fire; have unlimited amount of runes for the type of staff it is, e.g. fire staffs have unlimited amounts of fire runes) Lava Battlestaff (has unlimited amounts of earth and fire runes and is P2P), and the Mud Battlestaff (unlimited water and earth runes and is P2P). Staffs can be used for melee but are very weak. Battlestaffs are much stronger for melee. All staffs can be set to auto-cast spells.

Runescape Runes
Runes can be bought from magic stores, other players, or made. Most runes are for F2P and include Elemental runes, body runes, mind runes, cosmic runes, chaos runes, nature runes, death runes, and law runes. P2P runes also include blood runes, soul runes, astral runes (required for lunar magic, which we will go over later), and combination runes; a mixture of two elemental runes (thus saving an inventory space). The only runes not used for some type of fighting are nature, astral, and law runes. The runes required to attack and do damage to other players includes mind runes (strikes), chaos runes (bolts), death runes (blasts), and blood runes (waves).

Runescape Magic Spells
Strikes are the weakest of the spells. You need to be level 13 magic to use all the strike; air being weakest, then water, earth, and fire being the strongest.
Bolts are slightly stronger and used more for training. At level 35 magic, all bolts can be used.
Blasts – Blasts are the strongest F2P spells and all of them can be used at level 59 magic.
Waves – The strongest of the spells for normal magic, all waves can be used at level 75 magic.
Different Types of Runescape Magic
There are 3 different types of magic – Normal (F2P), Ancient Magicks (P2P), and Lunar (P2P). Normal magic is the starter magic and is used for aggressive and non-aggressive uses. Ancient Magicks requires a quest and is more aggressive with a few teleports. These spells are very strong, but also quite expensive in runes. Lunar Magics also requires a skills but is has no aggressive attacks and even has spells to help other people! It requires astral runes for all spells.

Runescape Special Weapons – Dragon Weapons
Dragon weapons, and almost all special weapons, are P2P only. All Dragon weapons require a quest to acquire them and level 60 attack to equip them. They are red in color and have their own special attacks. Special attacks can be used by clicking the fighting style menu and highlighting the green bar at the bottom. When in combat, you will use that items special ability and drain part of your special energy bar. When your bar is empty, special attacks can no longer be used until the bar has recharged.

Other special Runescape weapons include:

Abbysal Whip – transfers 10% of your opponents energy to you.
Granite Maul – Instantly attacks enemy even if you just attacked them
Excalibur – Raises your defense temporarily by 10%
Seercullbow – Inflicts damage plus reduces the magic level by the number of damage inflicted
Darklight – Reduces an opponent’s attack, strength, and defense
Magic Longbow- An accurate shot that will definitely inflict damage
Magic Shortbow – Two quick arrow shots, but will hit with less accuracy
Crystal Bow – Does not have a special attack but is 80% more accurate than a magic longbow and hits higher than rune arrows and it does not use ammo
Rune Throwing Axes – Will hit many enemies in a multi-combat zone
Rune Claws – Temporarily increases strength and attack for that hit, but slower
Rod of Ivandis – Captures a Vampyre Juvinate that has low health (1/3), allowing you to use a Guthix Balance potion on it
Bone Dagger – Lowers opponents defence by the amount of damage you inflict. Has a very good chance of hitting an unsuspecting opponent
Dorgeshuun Crossbow – Same as bone dagger

Runescape Weapon: Dragon Dagger

The Dragon Dagger can only be worn after completing the Lost City quest. The Dragon Dagger has the following stats:

Attack Bonuses
Stab: +40
Slash: +25
Crush: -4
Magic: +1

Defense Bonuses
Magic +1

Other Bonuses
Strength: +40

Attack Styles
Stab (Accurate, Stab)
Lunge (Aggressive, Stab)
Slash (Aggressive, Slash)
Block (Defensive, Stab)

My Thoughts:
The Dragon Dagger is similar in stats to a rune scimitar and can be bought for a similar price, to boot. The weapon features a special attack, called puncture, that strikes the opponent two times in quick succession, making it more useful than the scimmy.

The dagger also has the useful capability to be poisoned, making it useful for starting fights with. You can hit your opponent with it, poison them, then switch to a more powerful weapon.

The dragon dagger really is a throwaway weapon despite its capacity to be poisoned. You can feel free to use this in pk fights to poison your opponent without fear of losing something much more expensive. You should remember though, that you’ll need a cut diamond to buy another from the lost city of Zanaris.

Slayer Locations Slayer is a members only skill that sends you out to kill a certain number of creatures your Slayer Master assigns you. The difficulty of the creatures you must kill depends on the Slayer Master. With this skill you unlock the ability to kill Slayer creatures, who commonly drop more valuable items. When you are sent to kill any regular type of monster and aren’t sure where to find it, check RuneHQ’s Monster Database. However, there are 5 sites with a concentration of the Slayer Masters'favorite monsters, which are also listed in the Slayer Creatures Table above.

Located northwest of Canifis is the Slayer Tower. This place houses Abyssal demons and other slayer creatures. it contains the darker of the slayer creatures who, appropriately, may drop black/red mystic pieces. The Priest in Peril quest is needed to access it. It is roughly northwest of Canifis and is organized much like the slayer dungeon except of course there are floors instead of hallways separating the monsters. There are also two agility shortcuts to allow quick travel between floors. Monsters here start at crawling hands and banshees on the bottom floor and end with nechyraels and abyssal demons on the top floor. The Lumbridge Swamp Dungeon is located in Lumbridge Swamps, far southeast of Draynor Village. No light sources or ropes are necessary.

It is besically a long winding path with big rooms at regular intervals, each room contains a different type of slayer monster. It starts with cave crawlers and gradually processes to kurasks in order of increasing slayer level needed to kill the monsters. Two agility shortcuts allow quick travel through the dungeon. Some of the slayer monsters here drop white/gold mystic robe pieces. It helps to use the bank in Keldagrim instead of the one in Seer’s Village, it saves a tiny bit of time. Near the Golden Apple Tree in the Fremennik Province resides the entrance to the Fremennik Slayer Dungeon. The Dorgesh-Kaan South Dungeon lies deep beneath the Dorgesh-Kaan city. This dungeon leads to the Kalphite Lair. Upon completion of the Smoking Kills quest you unlock the access to the Desert Slayer Dungeon.

How to Train Slayer skill Runescape Special Monster Slaying Equipment Slayer Masters Slayer is a members-only skill which allows players to kill special monsters which have better drops than ordinary creatures and cannot be harmed by players who do not have the required slayer level. Some of these slayer monsters require special equipment to kill and will either start doing large amounts of damage or refuse to die if the player is not using it. This skill is taught by five slayer masters around the RuneScape world who give players assignments for killing certain numbers of monsters.

After completing an assignment, the player must return to a slayer master who will then assign them a new task. If either ordinary or slayer monsters are killed without getting an assignment for them first, the player will not receive slayer experience for killing them. The Burthorpe slayer master is the easiest and the Shilo Village slayer master the hardest. If you get an assignment you don’t like, you can go to the master in Burthorpe to get an easier one. You can’t change an assignment you get from the Burthorpe master though, so it’s not possible to keep changing until you get one you like. Each slayer master has his/her own selection of monsters to give as assignment. Higher masters give more and harder monsters.

The slayer masters will assign you either normal monsters to kill or special slayer creatures The five slayer masters cater to players of different combat levels, when players start training, they will have to beg one of the masters to teach them. After this they are given a “slayer crystal” which allows them to contact the slayer master who is best suited for their combat skills. Slayer masters can be located by a yellow skull icon that appears on the map. These are the slayer masters from easiest to most difficult: Turael, location: Burthrope – The easiest of the masters, players of any combat level may approach him. He assigns small numbers of low level monsters. Very few players every get assignments from him as most will wait until they have a relatively high combat before starting the slayer skill.

Mazchna, location: The bridge between Canafis and the haunted woods – Low to medium level players favour him. He assigns larger numbers of low level monsters and occasionally small numbers of more difficult creatures. He is useful because a lot of his assignments such as crawling hands or vampires can be completed close to him, allowing players to get a new assignment very quickly.

The Priest in Peril quest is needed to reach him. Vannaka, location: Edgeville dungeon at the Wilderness gate (not in the Wilderness though) – He is a strong favourite among most players, he assigns large numbers of medium to hard monsters. His assignments are virtually always possible to complete with a little effort. Chaeldar, location: Zanaris at the fairy queen’s court – She requires players to have a combat level of 70 before she deals with them. Sometimes referred to as “the crazy master,” she may give large numbers of madium-hard creatures on a regular basis.

Some regular assignments from her would be around 200 trolls or blue dragons. Some higher levels who get bored with Vannaka go to her, but many don’t like what they get. The Lost City quest is needed for access to Zanaris. Duradel, location: Shilo Village on the top floor of one of the houses – He requires a combat level of 100, and for a very good reason. Virtually all of his assignments are dragons or metal dragons. Only a few very daring high level players ever get assignments from him. The Shilo Village quest is needed for access to the town Slayer Monsters Slayer is a members only skill. The key to slayer is learning the enemy’s weakness and killing it accordingly.

In slayer, you get an assignment from a slayer master to kill a specific number of a certain type of monster. These assignments can vary from 10 spiders to 200 iron dragons and depend a lot on which slayer master you choose. To get started on the skill, go to a slayer master and ask for an assignment. He/she will tell you what monster to kill.

The slayer experience for each kill equals the monster’s hit points. If you kill it with two people, the one that does the most damage will get half the exp and the one that inflicts the final blow the other half. If you do both, or attack it on your own, you get the full exp. Also, there are various monsters that can only be assigned and killed at certain slayer levels. There are special slayer creatures which can only be killed at or above a certain slayer skill level.

These monsters offer rare drops and better treasure than normal monsters. These monsters have much better drops than normal ones since they have supposedly not been hunted for centuries and have managed to hoard up loads of treasure. They all require a certain slayer level to kill and some have to be fought with special equipment. They are the only monsters that drop black and gold mystic (a type of magic armor) and armoured boots which give great defence bonuses. The most wanted of all slayer monsters are the abyssal demons which require level 85 slayer to kill and which drop abyssal whips, currently the best melee weapon in the game.

There are plenty of other ways to make quicker money. Slayer Locations Some areas of the map are devoted entirely to the slayer skill and this is where slayer monsters can be found. There are three big ones Slayer caves: Found below Lumbridge and its swamps, these require a light source in order for players to enter them.

A bullseye lantern is recommended since anything else will blow out very quickly, it is also recommended to wear a spiny helmet (buy in a slayer shop) because wall beasts house at regular intervals in the caves. They can be entered through the kitchen cellar of Lumbridge castle if players have started The Lost Tribe quest and through the dungeon entrance in the swamps (players need a rope for this). The caves contain cave slimes, cave crawlers, and several sizes of frogs as well as the popular Tears of Guthix minigame.

Slayer dungeon: Located east of the golden apple tree in Relekka, this area is much more organized and less dangerous than the caves. Slayer tower: This is located in Morytania for a reason

Fishing Guild

The Fishing guild is located in the heart of Kandarin, just north of Ardougne; it is for members only. You’ll need level 68 fishing to enter. At level 65 you might wish to drink a fishing potion to enter (requires level 50 herblore to make; at level 63 you could eat an admiral pie to qualify (requires level 70 cooking to bake.)

The skills necklace teleport is an easy way for members to arrive just outside the guild door. Simply rub it and choose this guild as the destination. Read the skills necklace items database entry to learn more about making and recharging it.

The Master Fisher is usually just outside the door, and as you enter you will notice the three respawns of fishing equipment; a lobster cage, harpoon and a big fishing net (shown in purple on the map). The range close by is also very convenient, allowing you to cook whatever you fish and gain that cooking xp that you desire. There is a bank in the north-western corner where you can deposit your raw or cooked fish.

The two piers in the fishing guild are the obvious center of activity here. Many fishing spots allow you to catch tuna, lobster, swordfish, shark and more. The Orange spots are where you can one-click for lobster fishing. The green spots are for one-clicking big net fishing. Be aware that the fishing spots come on and off and also move left and right so you can’t just ignore the playing screen. At any one time, you can count on 80% of the spots shown on the map being available. The map accurately depicts the positions of each type of fishing spot. The fishing guild shop close by, run by Roachey, will buy your raw and cooked fish.

Runescape Quest Guide Perils of Ice Mountain

Here is a quest guide for Perils of Ice Mountain in game Runescape , hope it will be helpful for some of you .

Start:
Speak to Lakki the Delivery Dwarf, just south of Ice Mountain.

Required:
Items:
Watering Can, Bucket of Compost, Saw, Hammer, 2 Nails and 2 Planks Skills:
10 Construction, 10 Farming, 10 Hunter and 11 Thieving

To begin, speak to Lakki the delivery dwarf. He can be found standing next to a broken cart on the path between Falador and Barbarian Village - just below the entrance to the Dwarven Mines.

He will say that he has lost one of the crates that he is supposed to deliver to the power station. Offer to help him find it. He will say that he came up the western road - so there would be a good place to start looking.

Travel down the path westwards towards Falador, and you will come to some bushes on either side of the path with a Search option.

Search the bushes until you find the crate.

Once you have found the crate, take it to the Ice Mountain power station and talk to Drorkar. Say that you have the last part of the delivery, and you will see a short cut scene in which the power station is brought up to full power.

After this, you will be given a letter to deliver to Brother Bordiss, whom can be found in the garden of the monastery.

Speak to Bordiss, and tell him that you have a letter for him. He will be angry that Drorkar has built the power station.

Brother Althric will then realise that his roses are dying; speak to him and ask why. He will say that it is because the climate is getting warmer.

Ask to help him, and he will ask you to apply some compost and water the roses. Use your bucket of compost, and then your watering can on the dying roses. You will then see a short cut scene, in which a gnome - Professor Arblenap parachutes into the Monastery. The gnome is looking for Ice Mountain, and after you tell him the location he will go there.

Brother Althric will suggest that you follow him. Head westwards back onto Ice Mountain, and speak to Professor Arblenap. He can be found in the South-West corner.

Ask him what he is doing, and he will tell you that he is catching Icefiends. Offer to help him, and he will ask you to catch 4 baby Icefiends and give you a special net to do so with. Wield it, and click on the baby Icefiends to catch them.

After catching the 4 Icefiends, speak to Arblenap again. You will then see a short cut scene in which there is an avalanche.

It seems that most of the damage was in the northern part of the mountain, so head north and speak to the Oracle to see if she needs any help.

She will say that her tent has been destroyed. Ask her how it happened, and offer to fix it for her. You will need 2 wooden planks, 2 nails, a hammer and a saw.

Go just south of the Dark Warriors Fortress, and pick up the tent remains. Head back up the mountain to where the Oracle is. Use the tent with the remains with the 2 wooden planks, 2 nails, a hammer and a saw in your inventory, and you will fix it.

After this, The Oracle will then have a vision of the future, of which the warming climate brings about the end of civilisation itself.

The warming is to the power station, so go there and speak to Drorkar. Tell him that he needs to shut down the power station. He will ask why, so tell him that the Oracle says that it could cause the end of civilisation. He will then tell you to speak to Nurmof, whom is the pickaxe seller in the Dwarven Mine.

Nurmof can be found in his Pickaxe shop, directly beneath the power station. Go and speak to him, and tell him that he must shut down the power station. He will say that Bordiss thought that this might happen, but that there is an alternative power source. Ask him what it is, but he will say that he does not know.

Go and speak to Brother Bordiss in the Monastery again, and ask him about the alternative power source. He will tell you that he went drinking the night before he was going to present his plans to Nurmof, and that when he woke up he could not find the key to the chest in which he kept his plans.

Go back to the power station, and pickpocket Drorkar for a key. Then head back into the mines. Go eastwards after you enter, towards Drogos Mining Shop. Use your key with the chest on the northern wall, and you fill find the plans.

Go back to Nurmof, and use the plans with him to give them to him. You will then see a cut scene, in which the power station has been changed to use wind as its power source.

After the cut scene has finished, you will finish the quest.

Quest Complete!

Reward:
500XP each in Construction, Farming, Hunter, Thieving and Smithing. Along with the ability to smith pickaxes and use the power station ladder to access The Dwarven Mine. Quest points:1

Armor Classes In Runescape

This article I take from the official forum tells about the different kinds of armor for each kind of combat in Runescape, including Melee, Ranged and Magic.

1)Archer or Ranged Armor is generally lightweight, allowing maximum mobility for Ranged attacks. It has strong defense against Magic. It is a good all-around type of armor. This armor drains low stamina while running.

Note: For advanced Ranger armor, although the body armor needs a certain Defense, the Vambraces and Legs require no specific Defense level. More about stat bonuses of ranged items can be found in the Ranging Guide.

2)Warrior or Melee Armor weighs quite a bit, and therefore it typically drains a lot of energy while running. It's used for close-range fighting, generally Melee, and it is weak against Magic. This is the most commonly used type.

3)Mage (Robes) Armor is the lightest armor, and allows magical conjurors to cast spells more effectively. Most have weak defense for Ranged and Melee attacks, but some types offer the extra protection. This armor drains low or medium stamina while running. More about magical armor stat bonuses can be found in the Magic Guide.

4)Slayer Equipment is not really used to fight other types of monsters, these protect you from massive damage that you can take if you are not properly equipped for fighting certain Slayer monsters. Slayer gear can be found in the Slayer Guide.

5)Trimmed Armor may give extra Defense bonuses, but they do not have any differences in any way in matter of defensive stats. This includes the God armors.

After reading it,can you choose the right armor for your char?If you need runescape gold in the game,Runerich has much for selling, plz Click the links to our Homepage. We still have Runescape Powerleveling service.

Easy Runescape Gold for F2p

Tired of being poor in Runescape?
In Runescape, it is much harder to make money in f2p than in p2p, Members have countless ways to make easy gold because of their high stats, more skills and more places to visit while the others work hours to get some decent cash. However, there are some easy ways to make runescape gold. I will list the top five ways here. AIR-RUNNING

This is probably the easiest way to make money in Runescape since it requires no skills at all and you can make 2000g per minute with it. To begin get your hands on 25 rune essence, either mine it or buy it. Then go to the air altar in world 16, You will notice that the place is very crowded. This is the world 16 aircraft company, the biggest air company in Runescape. You will see that some people are shouting “open 2k”, trade with that person and offer him the 25 essence, he with give you 2000 gold and 25 noted essence. Take the essence to the nearest bank, un-note it, and trade it with another person at the air altar for another 2000g and noted essence. Repeat these steps as much as you want. You will make a ton of money soon.

MINING ESSENCE
Mining and selling essence is a slower way of making money but it gives you some mining experience. To begin with complete the rune mysteries quest, Then go to Varrock in any world between 1 and 8. Go to Aubury’s rune shop and have him teleport you to the essence mines, mine the essence until your inventory is full and then store the essence in the north bank. Repeat these steps until you have 100 essence, take the 100 essence out of your bank (noted) and start shouting “selling ess”, the people there are usually desperate to buy essence so you will get some trade offers soon. Never sell your essence for less than 30g each, You can get at least 3000g for every 100 essence you mine.

NEWT EYES
This is a very profitable business but requires some patience and some starting cash. Get 3k cash and go to the magic shop in port Sarim, the shop sells newt eyes for 3g each, fill your inventory with them and store them in the draynor bank. Keep buying eyes until you have 1k eyes stored in your bank. Now go to Varrock in any world between 1 and 8 and you can sell 1k eyes to people for as much as 250k. This is because anyone who is raising his herblore skill doesn’t have enough time to go back and forth from the bank and will be willing to spend that much money for something so cheap. For those who dont know, Newt eyes are used for making potions.

STRONGHOLD OF SECURITY
For those who don’t know, the stronghold of security has 10k waiting for any player who has enough time to go there. To go to the stronghold, go to the barbarian village and go down the hole that is in the mining site. The stronghold has 4 levels, each level with more dangerous monsters than the last one. You’ll need some good armour, food and defence level to survive the monsters inside. The first level gives 2k, second one gives 3k, third one gives 5k and the fourth one gives some fancy boots. Its a good place to level up for f2p.

MAKING RUNES
It is actually possibly for f2p to make lots of money by runecrafting. Runes sell for 20g each in world 1-8 Varrock. Not only you will gain lots of mining and Runecrafting experiernce, but you will make lots of money. The higher your runecrafting level gets, the more runes you will be able to make, and the more runes you make, the more money you earn. Once you have a lot of money, you can buy the essence from other players instead of mining it and even start your own rune business. Just stay away from body runes, they may give more experience but no one buys them so you’ll just waste time.

Now that you have your information, log on to Runescape and start making some runescape gold!

Runescape Tip: Make Money With Mining

Mining is very important, as ore pretty much fuels the game. If there was no mining, then there would be a much less diverse variety of weapons and armour available, making the game pretty dull. That's why it's important to get your mining skill up.

From level 1-20 you should mine copper from the south varrock mine
From level 20-40 you should mine iron from the mine near rimmington or varrock

When you reach level 40, it should be much easier to mine coal. You can mine coal at level 30, but it will take much longer, besides, if you level up with the other ores, you can either make runescape gold by selling them or you can keep them and maybe use them later (I recommend this method, it's more profitable).

I also recommed that you buy and adamantite (Or adamantine I always forget how you spell that) or rune pick axe.

A good place for paid runescape members to mine coal, is at the mine near ardougne, which also has a bank fairly close by, this will speed up your mining and make you more efficient.

If you're a free runescape member, you can mine coal in the dwarven mines, however there isn't a bank nearby, so you wont be very efficient.

Now, mine coal until you're level 60

Since you're level 60 you can go to to mining guild to mine coal until you're level 85

And now that you're mining level 85, you should go and mine rune in the wilderness or from the heroes guild (Much safer). Rune seller for between 10,000-15,000 per piece, so I think you'll agree that it's certainly worth the effort to do it.

When following the steps above, I strongly suggest that you keep all of the ore you get and smith it into something useful. Otherwise, feel free to sell it and see some immediate return for your efforts

I hope you enjoyed this quick tip. If you've subscribed to my newsletter, you'll recieve the next quick tip tommorrow.

Legitimate Ways To Getting Rich In Runescape

ver wanted to get rich in runescape but couldn’t figure it out?
You’ll walk around runescape seeing many people trading items for load of money, how do they get this money? Are they using cheats?

More than likely not, if you need to ask how people get so much money, then you obviously don’t know the common “cheats” that can be performed to get it.

There are no “cheats” in runescape, however there are easy ways to make a lot of money that people just don’t know about because they don’t know where to look.

This might suprise you, but getting rich is nowhere near as difficult as you think it is. For example, I can make a few million a day easily and you can too. It will take you a while to get yourself to that kind of level, but with practice and the knowledge that I can give you, you’ll be there in no time. I’ve revealed a few money making “cheats” throughout this article to get you started, the rest are at my website.

Two things that will definately help you on your quest to becomming a millionnaire is this, don’t waste your time begging and if it sounds too good to be true it probably is, i.e. someone is trying to scam you, so just walk away.

Most of the big time runescape gold making methods are only available to paying members of runescape.

However, on my website I discuss loads of amazing methods which also work for free players.

For example, do you know how to craft air runes? Most people do, however once you reach a certain level, you will make more runes per essence.
If you had 10 rune essence, at level 1 you can make only 10 air runes, but did you know that once you reach a certain level, you can make 100 air runes from just 10 rune essence?

And all you had to do to get there was level up enough. That means you’ll be multiplying your profits by 10, read that again, you’ve just multiplied your profits by 10.

That’s just one simple little runescape “cheat” that I can share with you. There’s many MANY more.

Here’s another one, as you know, the more you fish, the more your level goes up, but it also means that you will catch fish quicker.

Have you bee. selling raw fish? STOP IMMEDIATELY, cook the fish and sell them for a MUCH bigger profit, again, a simple little “cheat” that will help you sky rocket your profits. You may burn quite a few at first, but the more you practise the less you’ll burn and the higher your profits soar.

So for now, forget combat, yep you heard me, forget combat. Combat doesn’t bring you nearly as much money as a free player as making the most of your skills will. Combat is greta and all, but if you haven’t got the money to buy you that next wicked cool weapon, then whats the point?

Yes grinding out the levels to actually GET to where you can make a ton of money is a little teadious, but just think of how much you could be making.

I wish you all the best in making runescape money and hope to see you at my website soon for even more tips.

Runescape Easy Money - Cheats, Hints, Tips 1

Method 1: Go to Port Sarim, west of Draynor village, and ask one of the people in the blue uniforms to go to Karamja and pay them 30 GP. When you get there, walk off the dock and you should see a house. Enter the house and talk to a man named Luthas. He will ask you to pick bananas. Answer “Yes”, pick bananas, put them in the crate, then talk to Luthas to collect your moderately earned 30 GP. If you would like more money in multiples of 30, ask him to get another 30 GP for doing the job again. Stay here for a long time if you need to spend several thousand on items..

Method 2: For easy money and thieving skill (members only), go to Ardougne where the stalls are located. Behind the bakers stall are two houses. You can pick their locks. Go to the one with no upstairs. Enter and search for traps on the chest and you will get ten gp. Go out the door. Pick the lock again and search for traps on the chest once more. Keep doing this and you will have fast thieving skill and money at the same time.

Method 3: Get to level 20 mining and smithing Go to Varrok and mine iron, then go to a smelter and smelt them into bars. You may have to do this repeatedly, as ore only smelts 50% of time. Then, go to back to Varrok and smith the bars into short swords. Sell them in market or at the sword shop. Do this repeatedly to get a good amount runescape money. This is useful for low level players.

Method 4: When at level 35, fight Black Knights. They drop runes, sapphires, rubies, and gold. Get as many runes as possible, then go to the center of Varrock and sell them. Let them make the price.

Method 5: Get your character’s mining level up to level 38 by mining iron, etc. Then, go to the Barbarian Village and mine coal from the rocks, which you can sell for 100 to 300 GP per piece. You will also occasionally find a gem (from least valuable to most, sapphire, emerald, ruby, diamond) which can be sold for good prices.

Method 6: Get your smithing and mining levels up to 40 and mine gold in the Lessers Pits on Karajama Island. However, be careful of the level 21 skeletons. There are five rocks, so on a good night when no one is on, you can hit them in a row making your trip very easy. You can usually get 25 gold ore that becomes 25 gold bars. Put them into certs and sell for 1k a gold cert.

Method 7: Mine and smith until you are at level 20 at both. Make Bronze Bars and turn them into things at an Anvil such as: a 2-H, Mail Plate Body, Skirt, or Kite Shield and sell them at the market for good prices. You can also do this with Mithril, Runite (not Rune), Adamantite, Iron, and Steel.

Method 8: Go to Chaos Temple. Kill monks and take the Steel Maces. Sell them to the Mace Store in Falador for 138 gp. Do this repeatedly to get levels and money quickly.

Method 9: Go to Varrock. Kill the level 21 guards there to get skill levels and up to 30 gp.

Method 10: Go to Lumbridge on any World (1-13, etc.) and go to the house where the Goblins (level 7) respawn. There are two fishing spots there. If there are people fishing, they will usually drop Raw Salmon and Raw Trout which you can cook (if your cooking level is high enough) and sell in the general store for 10 to 30 gp.

Method 11: Put all your items in the bank (including weapons and armor). Go to the Red Spider fortress in the wilderness. Ggo inside and dash for the Steel Legs or Gold Ore. If you die, you will keep the Ore and Legs and lose nothing. For higher levels, try getting three before dying or stocking up all the way before leaving.

Method 12: Kill farmers, men, muggers, and thieves to get small amounts of money ranging from 3 gp to 20 gp. You can find people to kill in the inns.

Method 13: Get your smithing level to 25 and your mining level to at least 15. Then. go to Falador Mine at the mining site behind the Falador Castle. Get iron and go to the furnace. Then. go to Dorics (the little dwarf) and smith battle axes and other items such as square shields and long swords, which all sell over 50 gp each at the general store. Do this repeatedly to get easy money. Note: Sleep in the bed near Wayne’s Chains.

Method 14: Get your magic level up to 55 (high level alchemy) and buy a Runeite Medium for 8,000 to 10,000 gp. Use it on the Runeite Medium to get 11,500 gp. Buy another Runeite Medium and repeat those steps to get easy money. Note: This spell uses five Fire Runes and one Nature Rune. It is recommended that you get a Staff of Fire if you plan on doing this.

Method 15: There are about seven spawn points for coins. In the wilderness, go to the Dark Warrior’s castle and kill them until you get the Rare Black Mace and Black Medium Helmet, which both sell for a lot of gp. Get your crafting up to level 40 and make all kinds of jewelry, which also sell for a lot of money. Make Strength Potions and sell them by the wilderness in Varrock for 1,000 gp. Also make food and sell by the wilderness.

Method 16: Go to Karamja Isle and to where the people fish. Poeple will fish lobsters and swordfish until they cannot carry anymore. They will drop the fish. Take lots of lobsters and swordfish. You can make these into Certs in Draynor, and sell Swordie Certs for 2,000 gp.

Method 17: To get easy money and weapons go by Lumbridge. You will find a house full of goblins. In that room will be an Iron Dagger that respawns. Get it, go to the store, and sell it for 4 to 20 gp or use it as a weapon.

Method 18: Go to the house outside of Lumbridge and collect Iron Daggers on World 13. Also, defeat Goblins for items that can be sold or gold, which is common. Sell the daggers for 14 gold or less at the market.

Method 19: Get your mining level up to 30. Mine coal and you can make them into certificates and trade them for 1,000 GP each.

Method 20: Get your mining level to at least 15, and your smithing level to at least 30. Go to the mine south of Falador. Mine lots of iron, and take it to Falador Furnace. Go north of Falador to Doric's Anvils. Smith Iron Square Shields and Iron Kite Shields. Take them to the shield shop in Falador and sell them for fast and easy runescape gold.

Runescape Members: Get Rich Quick

Are you a member wondering how you can make a little money? Well, this is just the guide for you!
You may be wondering: How can I get rich? I have come up with 3 ways that you can make this happen. So sit back and read!

I. Nature Running
Nature running is the act of helping runecrafters earn experience. To Run Nature Runes, you must first have a lot of pure essence. Buy as much as you can. Then, go to the nature altar for Runecrafting. The nature altar is on the lower part of Karamja and Brimhaven. It is just north of Shilo Village. The red "X" marks the spot.

Nature Running is the act of brining unnoted pure essence to the Nature Altar. Once there, you request assistance from one of the players in gold robes. When they assist you, you will be able to craft 2 nature runes for 1 essence, even if you don't have the right Runecrafting level. Then bank your nats and repeat the process. The quickest way to do this is by use of the abyss. The profit per hour of nature running is: 263k. Not bad!

II. Flax Picking
Flax picking is also a fantastic way to make rs gold. I would reccomend completing as much of the Seers Village Achievement Diary first, as then you can recieve free flax daily. First pick the flax, in the enclosure to the southeast of Seer's village. Then go northwest to the first hut you see. Climb upstairs, where you can spin the Flax into bowstring, earning you great crafting xp. Leave the house and continue to the bank. Go back to the flax field and repeat the process. The three areas are all in close proximity, making this really fast and easy. Bow strings are 180 coins each. You can make 150k per hour.

III. Player Killing (pking)
This is perhaps the best method of all. The only problem is that you have gotta do it right. If you do, the average profit per hour is about 1 mil. You can get dragon items almost every drop.

So how do you do it right? Well, it is explained in depth here:

How to Own in PVP Worlds

Read and learn how to make millions quickly.

So what are you waiting for? Go earn some cash!

Guide About Getting Runescape Gold

Nowdays, Jagex took many rigorous measures in the game to avoid real world trading.I believe it is bad news for most players. Firstly, it will become hard to level up our characters. Most of us have ever bought gold from different site. But the new update prevented it. So that the speed of powerlevel also slowed down because lack of gold. Also, some players have many accounts. They like to transfer gold from higher level account to lower one. But they cant do that after the new upgrade. Many many inconvenience were bought from that. Then, is there any way to get gold easily? Of course we have methods!

If you are a new player, I have two methods for you. Collecting feathers from killing chickens. Because you are a fresher in the game. Killing chickens can level your combat, cooking andprayer. Only after your skills are well leveled, you can kill higher level monsters. Also, you can sell the feather and get money soon. Although is not very much, this is the most cost-efficient way to get money when you just start playing this game.

Then, you can move to the city of Lumbridge and kill cows. Each cow hide will get your more than 100 GP. You can imagine how much money you can make in short time.

When your account get to high level, it will be more and more easy to earn runescape gold. But we usually find that we don’t have enough money. That’s beacause we don’t money to farm money like before. We like to spend time on new questes. Then, how can we get gold? As I know, few sites still sell runescape gold. They can farm gold of transfer gold. Lol, i’d like to learn the skill, but every time they would tell me : Sorry, it’s business secret.

In fact, i don’t mind to spend money on buying runescape gold. But firstly i should make sure my account is safe. Some sites abuse customer's account. It will easily get account be caught by Jagex. I suggest that you should solicit the views of you friends familiar with the game before you purchase gold in a site. They can give you some advise. Also, you can check the reputation in google. I believe good reputation was built by good service.Price is another standard to judge a site. You can never buy gold in a site sell gold at a incredible low price. They must be cheaters. I think we can check 5-6 sites and compare the price then we can have a concept about the current price.

I have once purchased in www.powerleveling-runescape.net, they delivered the gold quickly and the customer service is very good. I think i will buy from them again.

Crafting Tips for Runescape - Get Ranked & Make Money

Glassmaking is a members only skill. First you have to make the glass itself and then you can craft items from the glass that you made. You need a few items to make glass: a glassblowing pipe, empty buckets, sand, seaweed, a tinderbox, axe, and logs. You can get a glassblowing pipe from the spawns on either Entrana [northeast of the herblore shop] or in Hemenster near the fishing guild. Empty buckets are often left lying on the ground by higher level players; you can pick these up free [free is always good]; but empty buckets are also available for sale very cheaply in the general stores. You can use your empty buckets on one of the sand pits to fill them. Sand pits can be found in the Lost City, Rellekka, Yanille or Entrana.

Also if you have completed the "Hand in the Sand" quest you can go visit Bert in Yanille, once every 24 hours and he will deliver to your bank account 84 buckets of sand for free. If you have a magic level of 58 you can do the Watchtower teleport; which will bring you right outside of Yanille; you need 2 earth runes and 2 law runes to cast it. For the seaweed there are spawns in Entrana and Shilo Village; it can also be gotten from big net fishing. Or for a small amount you can buy buckets of sand, seaweed and soda ash from the charter ships.

Ok, now that you have gathered your supplies; you need to cook your seaweed to get soda ash; unless you just bought the soda ash from the charter ship. Then take your glassblowing pipe, and equal amounts of buckets of sand and soda ash; and head on over to one of the furnaces around runescape. Besides getting the 20 experience points, you will get a piece of molten glass. Then you can then use the glassblowing pipe with the molten glass to make items.

With your molten glass you can make various runescape items such as: at level 1 you can make a beer glass for 17.5 xp [experience points]; at level 4 you can make a candle lantern for 19.5 xp; you can make an oil lamp at level 12 for 25 xp each; at level 33 you can make a vial for 35 xp each; at level 42 you can make a fish bowl for 42.5 xp; at level 46 you can make an unpowered orb for 52.5 xp; and finally at level 49 you can make lantern lens for the bullseye lantern for 55 xp each. Bullseye lanterns are better as they are a safe light source that will not blow out or explode around gas.

Once you make level 33, vials are probably the most useful item that you can make. Fill them with water at any water pump, sink or fountain and then they are ready to use in your herb lore; as all potions require a water filled vial. You can also sell these to other players; but as with most things if you will sell large quantities you will get the best prices; such as selling 1k [1,000] at a time.

How to Become a RuneScape Player Mod

How do you know how to become a player mod?
I don't care if you believe this or not, but I played RuneScapefor 3 years before quitting. After 1 year of playing, I was given Forum Moderator status. 3 months after that, I was given a silver crown. If you don't believe me, then simply don't read. But I will tell you this. If you follow my guide, your chances of becoming a player mod will increase.

What it really takes to be a player mod
1.Jagex mentions briefly that being active on the forums is part of it. It is true. Post on the forums as much as possible. Post in places that you are familiar with, and don't break forum rules. There are Jmods constantly patrolling the forums, so your name will be noticed.
2.Reporting players is a must, but If you use the 'Bounty Hunter' tactic (Standing in Varrock reporting autotypers, etc.) then you may not be picked. After looking in the player mod forums, it seems that Jagex picks players who like to have fun in game. So when you report players, do it while playing the game. Don't just sit at the yews and report macroers.
3.Jagex mentions that helping out other players helps. It does, but usually not when you do it in game. There is no real great wayto help players in game, Seeing as there is no 'Report a kind player' button. My advice is to help people using the official forums.
4.A clean record is almost always necessary. Jagex chooses over 50 new mods a month and out of that only mods about 10. You can bet that the ones with no offences will be chosen.
5.This is not mentioned in the knowledge base, but player mods can suggest other players to be modded. Therefore, if you are good friends with a player mod, you will have a better chance of being recognized.
6.Correct grammar and spelling.Jagex doesn't want illiterate players representing their company in game.

Player Mod Rumors... and the truth

-Player mods can ban people.

No, but they can mute players...

-Player mods are Jagex staff in disguise.

No, but those Jmods sure like to give their personal accounts mod status.

-Player mods can ban players from the forums.

True, as a player mod, your mute will turn into a forum ban too. Forum moderators can remove the ban if needed.

A Guide to Making RS GOLD on Any RuneScape Account

RuneScaping to Riches
For those of you who do not know, RuneScape 2 is a MMORPG (that's Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) and it has around 200,000 people online at any given time. This will show you how to make some easy profits in said game and not only that, it will show you how to do it rather easily and with no experience needed.

Now, lots of people thought that mining was the best way to make money when RuneScape was young. In a way they were right. Sure, you can spend countless hours leveling your mining level until you can get some rare ores that sell for a lot of money, you could even use those ores and make bars to sell. You could even be crazy enough to make those bars into items and try to find some random person who wants that specific item.

Another way to make in-game money is fishing and cooking. More skills that take up more of your time to perfect before you could make some serious cash. Swordfish always sell for good prices, but they only get caught a fraction of the time using a harpoon. The real money is in the Lobster. Lobsters sell (as of today) for around 200gp each, but you can fish them and cook them for free. Quite a lot of profit for such a little pinching creature.

Sure there are lots of other things you can do to make money. Runecrafting is one, collecting and selling bones, selling runes, arrows lots of different items. You can even use combat (player-killing) to make some serious cash. The unfortunate thing is, this all takes a lot of time, which we often don't have. Some don't even guarantee that you will gain a profit.

Most all of these things have something in common: selling. RuneScape depends almost completely on its own economy. Merchanting is the real quick cash. Remember those ores? You don't have to mine them forever, buy them for as cheap as you can, get a lot saved up... sell them for as much as you can. You can even take ores such as iron, mix them with coal if you have the experience and make steel bars, which sell for more than the ingredients do when bought at their highest normal price. Not only can you do this with mining and smithing, but lobsters sell from 200-250 each (or more) which means if you have 1000 lobster saved up, purchased at 200 each, and you sell them in the right place quickly and easily for 250... 50000 profit right there.

Don't have the money to save up those lobster or ores? Well don't worry, you don't even need skills to make the initial money. Do the "Rune Mysteries" quest and go into the Essence mines in Varrock. Mine away my friend, as you will soon save up enough to purchase your own essence for 10gp or less, selling them for 20gp or more. Yes I agree that does not look like much of a profit (which most people will say in the game as well, why not sell for 10 and save time?) Well... because 10 isn't where the money is. Make enough money selling essence in varrock bank to move onto your other merchanting item at choice. You could even merchant everything at once if you wanted.

After you have enough money from selling those to buy most things you need to get around, you can continue selling those for more, or move on to the higher priced items like rune scimitars (buy 25k sell 30k) or even rune full armor which can sell from 150k to 200k depending on where you are.

Use this guide as you will and take from it what you want, just keep in mind: know your product. What does that mean exactly? I'll tell you. Food sells in spots that need food, like at the closest bank to the wilderness in the PK-ing world, or the ores and bars near a furnace or mine. Even check the forums for people trying to buy things, even if you aren't allowed to talk on them, you can still private message!
Happy RuneScaping and remember: If all else fails, check world 1.

How to Become a Runescape Member is Three Easy Steps

Today, I will be telling you how to become a Runescape member for free in three easy steps. It really works and it's 100% legal.

Step #1: Create a free Paypal account. Go to www.paypal.com. Why do you need this? That's because Runescape uses Paypal as a payment option for becoming a member. How will you get the money for Paypal? Keep reading.

Step#2: You need free cash to put on your Paypal, right? Well there are 3 websites I use to get the cash I need.

Go on www.triond.com to make your free account. Now to make money on Triond, simply send Triond stories, pictures, and/or audio. Now remember, these things have to be created by you and it can't be from someone else. Triond reviews the things you send to them and if they are really good, you actually get paid for it by the end of the month. Cool, huh? Also, FYI, make sure they pay you via Paypal or you won't get the money for the stuff you worked hard for.

I also use www.associatedcontent.com to send stories, audio, and pictures for some extra cash to my Paypal. This website works just like Triond, but for this website, you have to send good facts and information. Triond just likes fun stories and things like that.

The last website I use is www.awsurveys.com and I love this website, but it's super slow with payment. But they pay the most. The first time you start taking surveys for them, you get paid a total of 27 bucks! They pay 1-6 dollars on a survey! But here's the catch. They provide like 5-6 surveys monthly and you can only send the money to your Paypal when you have at least 75 dollars. So if you can wait 3 or maybe 4 months, you can get a year of Runescape membership.

Step#3: When you have enough cash ($7.95 at least), get a Runescape membership! Just follow there instructions on the website and it works. I've been a Runescape member for 6 months now and I have enough money for 2 years of Runescape membership! By the end of my first month trying all of these websites, I got around 20 dollars. I got 30 the second month and by the end of the third month, I got $105 because of the AWsurveys (no kidding).

So just do ALL of what I said and you'll have 'free' Runescape membership in no time! And with all the extra money, you can buy something off of EBay! Lol.

A Short Guide to Make a RuneScape Private Server

This is MY way of making a server i am not going to tell you how to if you have a router because im dumb with thay 1.Jetting JDK
2.No-ip.
3.Getting a source
4.making co owner mods and admins

(let me know if i missed anything)

Firstly, you are GOING to need Java JDK V5.0+

once you download that, the probaly easiest step, then read this.

getting a host.

Visit http://www.accountrs.com and make a account. once you've made a account go to the 'Add Host' tab, click it, design the name of your host then choose what it will be there's a aarow button that you press that makes a list pop up of what you want your server to be.Once you've done that, go to the downloads and wlick the windows sign of the download, then of corse, download it, and install it, when its finished installing, run the no-ip host manager which should be under no-ip in the start button, andopen up the manger and check the box with ur server name to check for host updates. thats all for no-ip.

Getting a source is fairly easy, Once you have a source, put it in a folder whihc you can find easily, and then open your server source and find 'RunServer' and right click it and select 'edit', once you hit edit a notepad of your runserver will come up, you'll see letters of corse, look for the word title, it should say something after title, anyhow, if it does delete what it says after title and put the name of your host (Example: Title Battlescape , now take battlescape and replace it with your host name -> Title Inu-yasha21.no-ip.biz) Now that thats finished, go to file and clikc save then X it out, then you can double click runserver and a black box should pop up and it should say your server is enabled or something like that.

Go to a webclient and type ur username and password in and then type your host name in and click login, BAM your inside of your server.

Runescape Money Making Guide

If you're into MMORPGs, like me, you've probably heard of one called RuneScape. If you've played it, you know how hard it can be to make money. If you're a non-member, then it's even worse. As soon as you start off, all of your skills are 1 (from what I remember). It's not easy to make money with those skill levels. So, here are some ways to start rolling in the dough.

1. Woodcutting is an awesome way to go. At level 1 woodcutting, it still isn't going to get you far. What you need to do is chop normal trees until 15 woodcutting. After that, you can chop oak trees. I suggest heading to Falador. In front of the main entrance to Falador, there are lots of trees along the wall. Plenty of oaks. Chop those until 30 woodcutting. Now, head to Draynor.

It's usually quite crowded, but there's probably a world that's not so bad. You should keep chopping these until 60 woodcutting. What you really need to do is get a membership, though. If you're a member, go to Seers' Village. From what I remember, if you go a little North-west of the bank, in Seers' Village, there'll be a small cluster of willows, which is a good place to chop them. At 60 woodcutting, if you're a non-member, you can stay around Falador and chop yews there.

If you're a member, and you're in Seers' Village, because of chopping willows, head south of the bank. There should be a mansion, or something. In the front yard of that mansion, (or whatever it is) there will be 6 yews, I think. However, chopping yews can be VERY slow, thus not gaining you a lot of experience. I actually just chopped willows in Seers' Village, until I was 75 woodcutting. So, if you're a member, and you're interested in just getting your woodcutting to 75 to start really making money, keep chopping willows near the Seers' Village bank.

If you're a non-member, you can go back to Draynor and cut willows there, to increase your woodcutting faster so that you can chop yews faster. After you've got 75 woodcutting, (by the way, this will take you a while) start chopping those Magic Trees. When I last sold some, they were going for about 1k each. I don't what the price is now. If you're still a non-member, and you have 75 woodcutting, yews should be chopped a lot easier now. That's about it, for woodcutting.

2. Another way to make a lot of money is fishing. Fishing, in my opinion, is actually much easier than woodcutting. It doesn't require as much attention. For starting out, I recommend net fishing at Port Sarim. Keep doing that until you have 20 fishing. After that, it's time to head over to Barbarian Village and fly fish. You should easily be able to locate the fishing spot. Keep fly fishing until you have 40 fishing. It's lobster time, now. For members, go to Catherby. There are tons of places to catch lobsters here. Keep catching those lobsters until you have 76 fishing. As for non-members, I think Karamja is the only place for lobsters.

In fact, Karamja is where you'll probably spend the rest of your time fishing, as a non-member. After you have 76 fishing, as a member, you can catch sharks. You may have heard that sharks take a while to get, but I don't think that's the case. They don't take much longer than sword fish. Unfortunately, sharks don't sell for as much as they used to. People also don't seem to buy them as much. I've got about 3.7k (3,700) sharks in my bank that I couldn't sell, before my membership ran out. I've yet to renew it and sell those. Anyway, I think sharks only go for around 800 now. The good thing is, it's faster than woodcutting and it doesn't require as much attention.

3. A third way to make money is fletching. I'm not going to go into this much. You, basically, cut logs, and level up your woodcutting. If you have 75 woodcutting, and you're just now starting to fletch, then good. This'll make it easier. Just chop the wood for the best kind of thing you can make with fletching. Keep building up that fletching level until you can fletch magic logs. Also, if you have the money, buy willows logs. About 3k, at a time. That'll only cost you about 100k, which isn't bad, if you have 76 fishing or 75 woodcutting. It'll save you lots of time.

4. The fourth, and final way I suggest to make money, is merchanting. Basically, you buy an item for the cheapest you can get it, and then sell it for the maximum amount you can. For example, buy a dragon longword for 90k, sell it for 110k. You've just made an easy 20k. Lots of people make money this way. After you've got enough, you can start merchanting the big stuff, like Abyssal Whips.

When I bought my whip, it was 1.8M. However, people would sell them for as much as 2.1M. There's 300k in merchanting, right there. The prices seemed to have dropped, as usual, though. You could try getting one for 1.5M and then selling it for 1.7M. That's still 200k, but that's probably the maximum you'll be able to get. Try going for the more popular items. It definitely helps. If you're making enough money from these tips to merchant party hats, you're in for some real profit.

Now, as you probably assumed, doing all these things are much easier by being a member. If you're young, and you don't get money very often, just type articles on here and they'll pay you for it. So, if you become a member (or even if you stay as a non-member) and you follow these steps, in no time, you'll be making millions.
